My chairs were something I had my eyes on at my grandmothers house since I was a child. They've since been given to me and have lived with me for almost 10 years. They came to me with some rips in fabric, chewed up legs, and pervious terrible attempts at repairs on the legs and wobble arms. This was a project I wanted done years ago but I had to save up for. And it was worth it. The sentimental value exceeds the monetary cost (Michael deserves every Penny) and the 6-8 weeks of waiting. He rebuilt/repaired legs and arms, and reupholstered (beautifully) both chairs. So many fabrics to choose from. I tried to pick one that would compliment the chairs. You can see before and after photos for yourself.

He got the job done quickly, but managed to drill a hole in a cast iron drain pipe in the process. This caused about $4,500 in damages from plumbing, to mold remediation, to drywall repair. You can imagine what that was like with a newborn at home. I've given Serhii more than enough time to fix this issue. The work was done in June and now it's almost October. He admitted to being at fault and insisted he'd filed an insurance claim but here we are. I would highly NOT reccommend. Finding studs without doing damage should be pretty bare minimum expectations for a professional TV mounter.

As I was driving in a shopping center and came upon an intersection with stop signs, the company van didn't bother to stop and drove right through when it was my turn. They knew it was a stop sign because the car in front of them had stopped, but they didn't care and just drove right through. I honked at the van and the driver pulled to the side and held out his arm in an aggressive gesture toward me, a 30-something year-old woman. I pointed at my visible dash cam and he drove off aggressively, almost hitting a car at the next intersection. I definitely would never want this type of negative, aggressive person in my house cleaning my carpets ever.

It's unfortunate it has to be a negative one, but Inter-Clean has left me no other choice. Right before Christmas 2025, Dan cleaned our living room, upstairs hallway and stairs. When finished, he informed us that "a few bleach spots" had appeared on the stairs. WHAT??? He asked if we had used a product called Folex to spot clean them. In fact, we had used the product months earlier with no bleaching or spotting problems at all. Dan assured us that he could and would dye the spots upon his return and not to worry. Taking him at his word, we paid him ($300 cash) and out the door he went. Once the carpets had dried, our inspection revealed more than "a few spots"; 11 out of 14 stairs to be exact. Months passed and no contact from Dan. I finally called him and this was his response: " I don't even remember you" (does that mean leaving customers with bleached carpets is a common occurrence and no big deal), "It's been too long" (yes, why haven't you called to come and fix the damaged carpet as promised), "I don't feel comfortable coming back and that's my right. You should look into suing Folex." All I can say is, "Wow!" If Dan is aware that his cleaning process can interact with previous use of the product Folex, why doesn't he ask/warn customers before cleaning to prevent this situation in the first place? I asked him why he didn't pause cleaning and alert us to what was happening at the time so that we could have had the opportunity for input. Yes, I wanted my stairs cleaned but not if it meant ruining them! I would have had him stop and explored other ways to clean them. But the MAIN issue here is not that the carpet was bleached, but that Dan did not keep his promise to fix it. I am all about supporting small local businesses but, because of this experience, I would caution you to think twice about hiring Inter-Clean. Dan has shown that he lacks both ownership and integrity.
