After the heavy rain in January we ended up with a leaky roof above the bedroom. It resulted in a terrible brown water stain on our 2 year old carpet and we thought that it was ruined. After all the repair work to the bedroom was done, Ross came out, installed the carpet and cleaned it. The carpet had been rolled up for 2 months. I was very surprised that the stain had completely disappeared after he was done cleaning it. Ross is a hard worker, friendly, professional and his fees are reasonable. Ross is a very honest and ethical contractor that works hard on your job. He does both carpet cleaning and carpet installation and was actually referred to us by a carpet cleaning business that did not do flooring. We had a house that had a ton of furniture so we had to move stuff around to actually put it in. A lot of other places required you to move it all off for a one day job but Ross accommodated our needs and split the days where we did the bottom flooring first, then the top flooring the next week once we had a chance to move all our stuff around. The first day, Ross's helper couldn't make it so he did the entire bottom floor himself. That's a lot of work! But he worked in the OT and got it done by around 6pm. When it came to do the top floor and staircase, he had two additional contractors help him out and it was done super fast. Ross recommended purchasing our carpeting from Rayo Wholesales and Carpet Pad Distributors for the memory foam, pet resistant pad saving us thousands of dollars! We're very pleased with both the materials and the installation job and we wanted to share with others. Lastly, Ross's pricing is outstanding. read more

When we bought our first home two years ago, we called on Ross to clean three small carpeted bedrooms. The price was right, he was on time, friendly, and professional. On a side note, we noticed a problem where some water was pooling under the house. My husband was talking to a contractor, who said we needed to get the water out in order for the GC to trouble shoot. Ross offered to get the water out with his hose! Way easier than the old bucket at a time routine. Naturally, we thought of Ross with our new home.
