After the heavy rain in January we ended up with a leaky roof above the bedroom. It resulted in a terrible brown water stain on our 2 year old carpet and we thought that it was ruined. We are very happy with Ross. You can tell he has a passion for what he does and cares about the work he preforms. He didn't seem rushed to just get in and out. He took his time and made sure we were happy with the work. He cleaned two of our bedrooms and a sofa. Both had spots from the previous carpet cleaners. Ross is just leaving my house and I can already tell that the carpet is cleaner and fluffier. We have a high traffic living room with high pile carpet and at two years old it was starting to look worn. This is more than just steam cleaning. Ross is a very honest and ethical contractor that works hard on your job. He does both carpet cleaning and carpet installation and was actually referred to us by a carpet cleaning business that did not do flooring. We had a house that had a ton of furniture so we had to move stuff around to actually put it in. A lot of other places required you to move it all off for a one day job but Ross accommodated our needs and split the days where we did the bottom flooring first, then the top flooring the next week once we had a chance to move all our stuff around. The first day, Ross's helper couldn't make it so he did the entire bottom floor himself. That's a lot of work! But he worked in the OT and got it done by around 6pm. When it came to do the top floor and staircase, he had two additional contractors help him out and it was done super fast. Ross recommended purchasing our carpeting from Rayo Wholesales and Carpet Pad Distributors for the memory foam, pet resistant pad saving us thousands of dollars! Ross came today to clean our carpets, he came highly recommend by a good friend. Ross was all that and much more, what a professional man, ethics and friendliness. Came with a world of information about carpets and their cleaning. After Ross was finished the carpets looked better then they were when we bought the house. He lifted stains that I thought NO WAY could be cleaned. He spent several hours in our home with some heavy duty equipment. When we bought our first home two years ago, we called on Ross to clean three small carpeted bedrooms. The price was right, he was on time, friendly, and professional. On a side note, we noticed a problem where some water was pooling under the house. My husband was talking to a contractor, who said we needed to get the water out in order for the GC to trouble shoot. Ross offered to get the water out with his hose! Way easier than the old bucket at a time routine. Naturally, we thought of Ross with our new home. He came out yesterday and cleaned four bedrooms, a flight of stairs, a hallway, 2 living rooms, and a dining room. He was just as courteous, professional, and friendly as a couple years ago. Our carpet was pretty bad being that we have two kids and two dogs, but when he left after hours of work, our carpet was a million times better.
