I cannot stop staring at my carpet! It looks brand new & yet it's over 20 years old! It is just beautiful. Tim from Stu's Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job! Tim was super nice & really meticulous. I have had professional carpet cleaners before & none of them came close to delivering the service or outcome that I received from Stu's. This company is fabulous! Their price is excellent, also. read more

Actually you said nothing at all about coffee stains, your comment is completely false. You rushed through the job because you were pouting about not being able to change our appointment time, and you did a crap job. Coming back to fix your mistake was the very least you could have done, and you didn't even do that right. I will take my business elsewhere, thank you. read more

As I write this, Tim is here cleaning my carpets. It's such a joy to do business with Tim and Stu...they do great work and they are so friendly and accommodating, as well. My dad is thrilled with them, too. I told a friend about Stu & Tim -- she hasn't yet used their services, but has recommended them to two other new happy customers! These guys are awesome! read more

We were referred by friends and just needed a sofa and some area rugs cleaned as we have hardwood floors. It was very simple to schedule an appointment with Tim, one of the owners. Tim arrived on time in a clean new van with newer equipment. He was polite, friendly, professional, and clean. He finished our area rugs and sofa quickly and they look brilliant. The cost was very reasonable. We will be calling them again soon! Highly recommended. read more

My carpets never looked this clean! Won't use anyone else. Highly recommend.

We just used Stu's Carpet Clean for the second time and again found Tim to be excellent. We have good quality carpets but they are white and 15 years old. Tim brought back more of the "white" than we've seen in years. Heavy wear areas (e.g. stairs) looked better than with any other carpet cleaner we have used. We also have a large, "90 line, super Chinese" area rug that hadn't been cleaned in at least 15 yers and it looked great after Tim was done. The colors were nice and sharp against the "cleaner" cream field and the carpet didn't have to be taken away for the cleaning. We found Tim to be punctual, courteous, and very competent; professional in every regard. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive. We will be long-term customers and have recommended them to our friends. read more

Excellent job on my sofa and carpeted staircases. They were neat and organized and very professional. I will use them again.

These guys are great. On time, economical and thourough. They came in under their bid price and passed on additional savings. Hard working and easy to work with. Very responsive. Stu even came back to take a look see a few eeks later to see how it looked. Great customer service. read more

Stu's Carpet Cleaning did our entire house last month and we were extremely pleased with the results. Stu and Tim did a small area rug for me and were punctual, did an excellent job, and were neat as a pin. I would definitely call them again.

Tim and Stu have been doing the carpet cleaning in our triplex for 12 years, and I have nothing but rave reviews for them. They are on-time, on-budget, and go beyond expectations in their cleaning. These guys are friendly, professional, trustworthy, and just plain great to work with. I wouldn't consider anyone else. I especially like the 'green' aspect of their service, almost as much as the pleasant company during the job! Highly recommended in every aspect. read more

I've been using Stu's for carpet cleaning for at least 15 years. They always do a great job, on time and at a great price. In fact, we're on their reminder program where they know to get in touch with us at least once a year. Ignore that mean comment from that Justin person. If everyone gives them 5 stars...you figure it out. read more

I have had a different carpet company every time cause they all suck. I finally found the right one. They pay attention to detail. Very good customer service. They do very high quality work. Fast service and on time. Dollar carpet cleaning cleaned here and they left dirt stains that even six months later Stu's carpet cleaning removed. They do work that others charged for. Thanks Stu's Carpet cleaning. read more

This review is waaaaaaaayyyyyyy overdue. I have been using Stu's carpet cleaning for over 15 years now and would never think of using anyone else. I am quite negligent of my carpets by not cleaning them a much as I should but I must say, every time Stu and Tim come to clean, they end up looking BRAND new, even those pesky stairs!!! Tim and Stu are always on time, work diligently to address any stains, and protect the walls to prevent any paint scraping. I am forever grateful to them for taking such great care of my carpets. We have friends and neighbors who have used Stu's Carpet Clean for years. We have stairs that go from our living area down to the garage and they were filthy. The last company we hired had to do the stairs twice and they still didn't look as good as the job Stu's Carpet Clean just did. Stu's Carpet Clean was also able to remove a few other stains in our carpet the other company was not able to. Stu & Tim were friendly and professional and we will definitely use them again. read more
