Plus, steam is the healthier option compared to using chemicals on your carpet that you walk and sit on and breathe your steps all the time.

I've worked with quite a few mold remediation and restoration companies over the years, and unfortunately, many have been short, rude, difficult to work with, and extremely overpriced. Jim Thurber was the Project Manager who walked me through the process of putting everything back together again. He actually worked with my Insurance Adjuster, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket, except for an unforeseen leak with wall damage after the initial estimate was done. He had his employees there around 8 am every day they were supposed to be there. Alex and Marcus (i am not sure of the names, but hopefully I got it right) did the drywall/patching of the mess of my kitchen. Then the cabinet team finished it off, painted everything exactly matching the original paint, and put all the appliances back where they belonged. The kitchen looked brand new, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. The timeline was as first estimated. If there were any issues, Jim took care of it! Jim communicated with me often, and he reassured me that everything will be done to my specifications, which they were. Great company! Wonderful project manager (Jim)! Fabulous employees!

I told the neighbor right away, and she stopped using her shower until we could fix the problem. I filed a claim with my insurance... This company did a moisture test, dropped off one dehumidifier, and three air movers/fans. Then, they picked them up a week later. That is all they did. $7407.82?!? I would just say, PLEASE, PLEASE, think twice about letting your insurance (Homesite/AFICS) pick the contractors and handle the invoices. Once they pay the maximum allowed, they will wash their hands of it and will not help if you have questions regarding discrepancies with the invoices. If I had not been stuck with the remaining balances due, I would have never asked to see the billing estimates, and never would've noticed all of the inflated charges. My biggest gripe here is, do not charge for items or services that were not installed or completed, regardless if the insurance pays or if the homeowner pays out of pocket . Honesty and integrity are important. I will post the estimates and pictures here. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. The representative was very helpful and pleasant. He answered all my questions and concerns. After the conversation, I felt really assured for them to come clean my carpet and tiles. The company was punctual and accommodating to my busy hectic schedule. Which I really appreciated it. When the technician arrived at my house, he did a thorough visual of my space. He made great helpful recommendations and gave me a good bundle discount. I have 2 dogs, a baby girl, and a hubby, so you can imagined the stains that was marked on my carpets, sofas, and tiles- Eck! Lol. I was surprised when the technician said that they even clean sofas, which mine was in need of attention as well. My living and bedroom are carpet including the stairs. The tiles are in the kitchen and bathrooms. The technician went straight to work after we agreed on what needed to be done. He was efficient and careful with my stuff while working on the cleaning. Very thoughtful and considerate. :) My carpet (living/bedroom rooms), tiles (kitchen/bathrooms ), and sofas looks amazing after he was done!!! The process took about 1.5 hours. He mentioned that that the chemical solution products that he used was all safe and organic- which was important to me because of my baby and small dogs. The place looks spotless and smell fresh. I have two what were nice rugs, that through over a year of not cleaning them, they looked like its best to just throw them away, but I decided to see if I could save them as rugs are not cheap. I looked for someone immediately on Sunday to come and clean my rug and found "We clean Green". I called and spoke to the Customer Service Rep and he was very knowledgable and professional and sent the technician Ben to me within two hours. The technician called to inform me he was on his way and he came and inspected the rug and as he was cleaning them I asked him to stop so I could take a picture, I couldn't believe how clean that machine got them! I have a house that I rented out over the weekend and came back to some major mess to the living room carpet that dragged from near the entrance to the back door and I was not happy! It was like 100 people were running dirt through my house. I had so many time my carpet cleaning at my house, but never like we clean green they arrive on time. I was surprised by the way the technician had knowledged me with all the detail about my carpet. I was very satisfied with the explanation about a deep cleaning. It only took he an hour to finish three rooms. Once doing a quick assessment, he quickly got to work and was done in about an hour and a half. He did 2 staircases, 2 rooms, a hallway, and an area rug with deodorizer. I paid an extra $60 on top of my Groupon for the stairs, so $159 total for the job. I'm happy with everything and will call him again next year!

Finally got a response from Chris saying "Sorry, I've been sick." I get it. Things happen and we fall ill. And it's important to be extra cautious especially during these times. But at least notify us as a courtesy. That was the last text I received from him. So apparently, Chris was not interested in rebooking and did not want our business. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere. Also worth noting: the reviews on Groupon may be positively skewed because only people who have redeemed the voucher can leave a review. They came on time and even 10min earlier. Wow. My carpet was cleaning from the begging, so I am not sure how well they were. But I just needed a proof for the owner to know that I had the carpet cleaning done. They were quick and cheap. 1bed room apartment for 70$. I'll def recommend this company for a quick move out carpet cleaning!

As usual, I referred to yelp and reached out to various cleaners from the area to compare estimates for upholstery cleaning. After speaking to 5 different companies, all with price points ranging from $80-$160 I decided to go with Coast 2 Coast Steam Cleaning. I specifically spoke with Roland and he gave me some details in regards to the cleaning process and type of equipment needed. He gave me an estimate for the cost of cleaning the couch and explained why it was that pricing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so I decided to give his company a try. I initially scheduled an appointment for tomorrow but later asked if there was any way he could come today. I didn't want the pet urine to settle into the cushion of the couch and wanted to get it done right away. Roland was extremely accommodating and came a couple of hours later. When he arrived he was professional and set up his equipment right away. Unfortunately due to where I live (2nd floor condominium) there was no access to a water supply for the cleaning. However, Roland made it a point to look for other water supplies and found one near the pool. Once everything was set up he immediately started working. Roland went above and beyond to get the job done. He was efficient, courteous, and attentive. I found my new "go to" for future cleaning and will be sure to refer this company to family and friends.

Luis is a hard worker and a great representative for the company! Thank you Luis! While we didn't actually select this company, our leasing office booked the appointment for our carpets and I am thoroughly impressed. Professional. We didn't wait until the end of the appointment time window. It was awesome. I started by contacting multiple cleaning services via Yelp (messaged each one) and Golden Shine was by far the friendliest and most informative. They seemed like they actually wanted my business. So we proceeded with booking a day for them to come. The booking process was simple and they recommend making a list of things you want to be handled first, to make sure they get your required places cleaned in case they run out of time. I was also told the cleaners were required to go through a background check, which was comforting. We ended up booking a specific amount of time and set a cut of time so that if the cleaners weren't finished by that time, they would leave and we wouldn't continue to get charged. Well it just so happened that the day our cleaners were scheduled to come, I went into labor. The LAST thing on my mind was the cleaning service, but they were on top of things and called my phone to let us know about what time they would arrive. My husband was able to answer and explained to them what was going on. We still wanted them to come even though the thought of strangers in our place without one of us there was nerve racking. They were so accommodating and were willing to go to the front office of our complex to get a key (that we requested for them). They let themselves in our place to clean, and cleaned away. We got home two days after the cleaning, but it still smelled freshly cleaned and looked great! My only negative comment is that they put two of our cast iron pans in the dishwasher - huge no no! I ended up having to re-season both pans. But I can't blame them, the two pans were sitting out (I had forgotten to put them away before going into labor and didn't remember to tell them not to worry about the pans), so they were just doing their jobs. I would only hope this review will help and the cleaners are explained the cast iron pots should never, ever be put in a dishwasher much less cleaned with soap! Overall, I'd recommend this cleaning service! Just make sure to be specific about things you do/don't want!

The woman that came to my house, stated her name is Cheese or whatever. She came in with her own supplies & I left her to clean my condo. 3 hours later, my fiancé comes home during his lunch break to escort her out, not able to check her work. I came by the following day & saw that nothing had been cleaned with the exception of the windows. She cleaned my windows for 3 hours?! I complained to Maria regarding Cheese's work: -Bathtub was not clean (I wiped my finger on the bathtub & dust came off, refer to picture) -Bathroom sink was not clean -Kitchen sink was not clean -Cabinets in the hallways were not clean (picture) -Cabinets in kitchen were not clean (picture after 2nd "cleaning") -Kitchen countertops were not clean Cheese came by the following day, not happy that she was back. The worst part was that she came back & did not want to clean some of the items that Maria & I discussed! She did not want to wipe down my granite countertops because they were granite. All she had to do was use a cloth to wipe it down... & after the fact, I still had to clean everything because she did a crap job! A week after, I bought a Swiffer Wet Jet & the towels were black after each use. She never mopped my floor like she had stated she did (picture).
