I worked with Jaskirat Dhaliwal who was a real excellent sales person! He really showed care and consideration for my needs. I was real close to buying a car but I found one closer to my location. I'd refer Jaskirat to anyone looking for a car! He is a tremendous sales person! read more

Did not allow me to use my GM supplier discount that I earn thru my work place. Will never step foot in an Andy Mohr dealership again.

First, I wanna say the sales person I had had nothing to do with my experience at this dealership. I recently bought a car here and paid cash. My issue is I tried to wire them the money multiple times and every time their bank sent it back eventually I just had to come in with cash to pay them. No big deal. The salesman was kind enough to work with me about everything and apologized for the dealership, sending the money back multiple times now maybe I'm wrong and assuming the right thing to do would be for the dealership to take all the wire transaction fees off the total amount due no I was wrong and assuming that the finance department pretty much told me and lesser words go pound sand the dealership that makes millions upon millions of dollars every year was not willing to take less than $100 off to make right with the customer. They told me they are not responsible for what my bank charges me for wire transfers OK fair enough Andy Mohr they just lost a customer over something this petty because they weren't willing to make it right. I hope you read this review and you choose another dealership one that's willing to do right by the people paying them thousand and thousands of dollars for vehicles, I will recommend to everyone I know and everyone who asked me my opinion on purchasing a car to not spend their money at this dealership or any of their other branches read more

I was immediately helped upon arrival. The service area is very clean. Service was completed efficiently and I was on my way.

After having my car for a week, the repair to my vehicle was not done. It still a day later after stopping at my cousins place would not start. Finally after waiting a little while it did, but the problem still existed. So I am taking it to another dealer which is actually closer to me and see if they can fix the problem. Over all the service time was not what it use to be. And with the problem not solved, very disappointing. read more

BEWARE BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING My wife and I went in to test drive a 2024 Blazer EV. The test drive was good then we started talking numbers... Their website shows a price with a price reduction below MSRP that was a "discount available to everyone" and then shows other discounts people may be eligible for, i.e. federal EV tax credit. This internet price is the main reason we decided to do a test drive. When they reviewed their actual offer that "discount available to everyone" apparently included all the other discounts people may be eligible for as well. The excuse I got was that they agreed the website is bad but their corporate controls it and they wouldn't honor the advertised price. We were ready to make the purchase if they would have honored the advertised price but since they didn't we walked. We previously bought a car from one of their other dealerships and had a decent experience but after this we won't be shopping with them again. read more

TLDR: I'm about to go FULL KAREN. (Actually sorry, Karen's. I actually love you guys so much!) Whew. This one is a doozy. I have about 10 years of experience in automotive sales before I went into the medical field. I was busy working this weekend so my husband, a district manager (also kind of in the industry) took our 19 year old with an above 700 credit score to look at the pre-owned Camaros. While my son has worked since he was 16 years old, I have also helped him gain a great credit mix so GMF would have financed him in a hot second. Apparently the sales guy basically blew him off with his potential co-signer (my husband) with him. Also my husband asked the sales guy how new C8's lease. Our last Chevy dealer in Florida (Shout out to Maher!) knows us by name. We joke that they also know our SSN's by heart because between the two of us we've purchased 9 new cars and 3 pre-owned from them over the past 15 years. (I worked at a Buick GMC dealer but they don't have fun cars and I love my fun cars). Anyways, my son walked away with nothing because the guy said the finance company wouldn't finance him (no credit pull) He walked right into a lease on a brand new car elsewhere. A 2025 Jetta GLI. He didn't need a co-signer. He traded in the 2021 VW Arteon lease that he had been driving(in our name, we signed it over), with the $3,000 down he had and you guys blew the opportunity to flip the sale to a new car if you were concerned about getting an approval on a pre-owned Camaro. The sales manager at the other dealership came and met with my husband and son IMMEDIATELY after his test drive. Not to take a turn on him, but literally just to say hello. They were given a tour to service to discuss how service would care for him if he decided to purchase there. Like the difference was night and day. This is the service that I used to give my clients before I switched industries, and if your service would have been half as good our next 9 toys could have come from you. What do the kids say? You fumbled? Yeah. That. Attached is the new car plus the trade my kid had to come pick up at the house, and the listing of that car that was on the website. read more

we bought a car from them and didnt drive it until after we were done signing paperwor (lesson learned). while we were signing paperwork they took it back to 'detail it' how can you not notice all the tire lights on and low? how can you not notice it needs an oil change? how can you not notice the safety recall was also popping up. so all of the lights were on on the dash. if they couldn't do the basic maintenance what else have they not done? Purchased a used Suburban that was apparently just taken in on trade. Signed paperwork on May 6th. Didn't take the vehicle as it still needed to be sent through for the used vehicle inspection, as well as some pdr, paint touch up, and Ziebart services. I get a text on a Saturday telling me that the vehicle is done, but the paint work is not done because the guy that does the paint work did not show up on Wednesday (I am being told this 3 days after he didn't show up.) Salesman tells me I can pick up the vehicle and bring it back. I tell him that I will not pick it up until it's finished. Another week goes by and we hear nothing. On Friday we text the Salesman, with no answer until later that day. He finally responds, he's off that day. We get a hold of a sales manager, Gerald. He is sympathetic and gives us his phone number. He is going to send the vehicle to the paint guy on Monday. We hear nothing until several days later, when my wife sends a follow up text. He says that he left a Voicemail, and our Salesman did the same, telling us our vehicle is ready. Funny, neither my wife or myself had a missed call, Voicemail, or text. We go 2 days later, on a Saturday, to pick it up. We get there shortly after they open. They tell me they couldn't wash it because of the fresh paint protection. I ask them for some verification of the Ziebart work as well as the extended warranty that we paid for. The Salesman sends me back to the finance guy for the info, which he emails to me. I inspect the interior, as it had not been cleaned up when I looked at it on May 6, and again on May 17. It did not looked like it was detailed, nor did it look like it had been detailed on June 7th (when we picked it up.) The interior still has chunks of pet hair, there was dirt in the cracks and crevices, sticky stuff in the console, and the interior windows had a film on them, including a ring where the stock number tag was on the windshield. The salesman tells me that it was detailed, but they basically just have high school kids cleaning them up, and I can bring it back to be cleaned again. I decline. I ask about the 2nd key and fob since we discussed this as we worked the deal on May 6. During that time, I asked if there were two keys, he looked, came back with two keys and two fobs, and put them in the deal jacket. Of course, when we pick the vehicle up, they tell me the deal only had one key. At this point, I'm pretty infuriated, as they are pulling the typical dealer B.S. He tells me that he never loses keys. But they have had the vehicle for a month, with plenty of opportunities for losing a key. The sales manager eventually agrees, and they take the vehicle to service for another key and fob. Soooo, we wait for another hour and a half with no communication. Agitated, my wife inquires as to why the wait for a new key and fob. They have to go to another dealer to get a fob. Would have been nice to know. So, once the key arrives, I go out to check and make sure the key and fob works. They do, but the salesman is nowhere to be found. So, I load up and leave. Two weeks after, I was in Plainfield for work, so I swing by Ziebart to get some information on the services that they performed on the vehicle. Not surprised, but they have no info about doing anything to the vehicle. So, I'm sure I will have another fight on my hands. Overall, 1 star is too many. I am furious that I purchased anything through them, and I am sure that I will have to fight tooth and nail to get anything accomplished with the proof of ziebart protection. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from them, consider it my last. read more

Do not go there. Do not buy there. Whatever you do, do not buy a warrenty there. They make the vehicle sound like gold , but with 24 hours of buying it the headlight went out and they didnt want to fix it. The parking assist didnt work and I left several messages with thei technicians. Never got a call back or they tried saying it wasnt covered right after I bought it. I learned to deal with not having it. Now is years later and tried to use the warrently I bought that should cover multiple issues. When making the appointment I asked how long it will take. I was told 1 day to diagnose, at the appointment I was told 2 to 3 days. Making the appointment I asked if I was going to be charged. I was told not with the warrenty. At the diagnostic appointment they wanted $200 to diagnose it and an additional $100. That is before even finding anything and I was told when making the appointment there would not be a charge. I will NEVER go to another andy mohr dealer again. They are crooks. read more

Gary Bates was very helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Process went smoothly and would recommend Gary and Andy Mohr to anyone.

Went to Andy Mohr & bought my first Jeep Grand Cherokee Under 85K miles was so excited... my mother bought a vehicle here, so we trusted this dealership. Bought it on Jan 2nd 2024, 14 days laters oil started to leak & I only use my Jeep for driving to work & home. I even test drove at that dealership & it checked out. I took the vehicle to the dealership & the 2nd day Carlos who sold the vehicle to us said that they approved the repair on the 3rd day they denied me. They wanted to charge me $1164 Before buying a vehicle always check interior, exterior, engine even ask if you can they can do 150 point inspection which I did not. I had so much trust in this dealership, and they lost all my faith. On the 4th day I picked up my Jeep & Carlos who sold the Jeep, I asked questions about the diagnostic about what kind of part it is, and he didn't know nothing his words. That right there I felt so disappointed so much trust and faith went out the window & to top it off He tells me to sit down in the waiting room so he can go sell another vehicle. They couldn't find my jeep so instead of using a tow truck, they drove the jeep from their repair shop to the dealership. That right there is lazy and trashy service. I was very furious, Even though I kept my attitude in checked they disrespected us by selling us a broken JEEP. ‍ I had to change my review from 5 stars to a 2 stars and the reason why if it wasn't for Ron Sharp, the manager he explained the situation and he was very nice & informative. He even said if you would have dealt with me I would've gave you a better deal. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that has an oil filter assemble leak can't drive. $39K for a broken Jeep. Thanks Andy Mohr read more

Overall, the experience there at Andy mohr Chevrolet was great ,had a issue with explanation on Ziebart, but emailed the general manager and resolved it without issue, sometimes things are rushed and both parties don't look over stuff and explain everything,so when you're buying and just look over everything good and make sure they explain everything to you before you leave so there's not an issue after the sale, used car i purchased is great so far read more

I was told the truck would be looked at 4 different days and it was not. I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to Stoops GMC and they took care of me right away. I wish it went there in the first place. I told Mohr what needed fixed and they just sat on it. I knew the diagnoses, Mohr never even looked at it and Stoops said I was right. I have bought 3 new GM trucks in the last 2 years and this is why I no longer go to Mohr. read more

Ended up making a deal I regret.Got wore out and caught up in the emotional side of things instead of the financial.

Warning: Dishonest dealership trying to hide serious engine issues. I asked about a 2018 Titan and was told it had no problems. They sent a clean Carfax and claimed it passed their 170-point inspection. I paid for my own mechanic to inspect it -- he showed me on FaceTime that the truck had a loud engine knock. The dealership had moved the truck to a corner and tried to delay giving him the keys, likely to hide the issue. They're either knowingly selling a truck with a bad engine or have no clue what they're selling. Either way, I was lied to and nearly scammed out of thousands. Avoid this place. Do your own inspection and don't trust what they say. read more

0 stars - they totally wasted our time. I called this morning to confirm the price of a car listed online. It did seem too good to be true, but it's what they had listed at. Destiny took my call and assured me that the price listed is what would be honored. That is NOT what happened. We drove 45 minutes in rush hour traffic and the kid who helped us immediately said "I can't give it to you at that price." I feel like when an employee messes up that badly (the girl that told me the price) the manager should have came to discuss the situation and apologize. Not only did that not happen they wouldn't budge even $100 on the price. Needless to say we left without a car and I will not be taking my business to any Andy Mohr dealerships after that disaster of a visit. (Oh-by the way-I also had screen shots of the price and they changed it while we were sitting at the negotiation table. ) read more

I would rate 0 but I can't. We have had nothing but trouble with this service department. They have told us we were idiots then found out they had to replace a rear seal in a brand new car. I bought an Audi here and firstly, they added an $800 paint protection package to my sale price WITHOUT HAVING EVER WASHED THE VEHICLE. I was told after a check in call that someone would be calling me to amend the situation but have yet to hear back. The clutch went out Immediately, The alter did as well, and as to save themselves money I put it on myself in the parking lot which was honestly the least bothersome part of the whole situation. The tires on the front axle were completely toast and it was overdue for an alignment. But of course before any problems arose they were very insistent on having me write my review. Do not trust the listed price, they'll find things to add and when they don't it'll be the vehicle itself. read more

I came in to sell my car and I had a great experience! I worked with Doug Solomos the KBB buying manager and he was very hospitable and kind. When I first arrived, the receptionist greeted me and quickly notified Doug that I had arrived. I sat down for about 5 minutes and was then greeted by Doug who gave me a run down on how he would look at my car and then analyze prices. It took around 30 minutes but I was glad he let me know. He was very elaborate and provided me with details and did not pressure me at all to make a quick decision once he told me the price he could offer. The price we ended up with was pretty close to the Kelley Blue Book price so I was very satisfied. I would definitely recommend that you work with Doug if you want to sell your car after taking a look at KBB. I really appreciated how kind and patient he was and how he thoroughly explained things to us! Also, the place itself was clean so I appreciated that. When I purchased this vehicle from your dealership during the summer, it had 22,000 miles on it. I brought my truck in 3 months later because I had brake service lights on my dash. At this point it had 25,000 miles on it and the spring had just started to become audible. 75% of my miles are highway miles and I've never towed anything with the vehicle. I scheduled the pad replacement along with an oil change since I was almost due. After the oil change I was asked to bring it back in for a few days the following week for a more thorough inspection since it was only at 25,000 miles and promised a loaner vehicle during this time since I would be without a vehicle. When I arrived I was told the loaner vehicle was not available and the supervisor would call me in a few days when one was available. After 2 weeks I had not heard anything so I called repeatedly and finally was able to leave a message that was never returned. A week later I called again and was able to drop off the vehicle for several days while I was out of town. During this waiting process the worn out brake pads that weren't replaced continued to wear and damaged my rotors. I was now told I needed to pay the total amount to fix both of these issues. I was upset that I had to pay for the pads but I understand it not being covered under my warranty. But having to pay for the rotors was unacceptable. There was no damage to them the first 2 times I brought the vehicle into your shop. If your team was doing diagnostics on a vehicle before selling and saw the pads were that close to end of life they should have changed them in advance. Making me wait until they've caused more damage to my vehicle so I have to pay for all of it is inexcusable. Your shop took advantage of me. You should be ashamed of the way they treated my situation. read more
