Recently I had my 50,000 mile service completed at the dealership and was told by the service advisor that my car needed new brakes and rotors, as well as some other fluid flushes and replacements. Since the quote from the dealer was substantial, I decided to take my car to Euro Motorworks, where I had taken my wife's Volvo after it was out of warranty, and where the service was performed satisfactorily and affordably. Imagine my shock when after telling the staff at Euro Motorworks that my car needed brakes, I received a phone call telling me that the car has plenty of brake pad left and that I didn't need any of the services that the dealership recommended or that I had brought my car in for. My dealership's service department has lost me as a customer forever, and Euro Motorsports has earned my service business as well as my respect and eternal gratitude for their integrity.

One time I took it in and a few days later I had the same problem again. I took it back and he looked at it and admitted he had missed a part and fixed it for free. How many other mechanics do you know that will not only admit they made a mistake but fix the mistake for free? He is hard to find though. He doesn't have a sign and does all business by word of mouth. He runs it out of an old service station in the back of a used car lot so unless you know where you are looking it is almost impossible to find him. But once you do it is well worth it if you need car repair.

I was all set to pay $1000 for labor and a new radiator. I had to wait several days to get the truck into their shop, but it was worth the wait. Once in the shop they confirmed my diagnosis and gave me an estimate of $674. I gave them the go ahead and they replaced the leaking radiator with a new one, and had it done that same day for $674. To top it all off, they were able to give me a ride to and from my house to drop off and pick up the truck, no charge. These guys are honest, quick (once they get you in), and dependable. I will use them in the future for all of the automotive work I hire done.
