My service experience here was great! Scott Stevenson was friendly and professional. The car was had a bunch of needed maintenance and was done within the time needed. They also had a shuttle service that took home and brought me back. It's free within a 10 mile radius. What prompted to write this review was my experience tonight. The service I mentioned above took place on Wednesday and tonight my check engine light went on. Chances are it has something to do with the gas cap but after multiple adjustments we couldn't get the light to go off. Although the service center had been closed for an hour Pete Lewkowicz was able to find a loaner for me. Normally I wouldn't need this but my son and I driving to MI fist thing in the morning. Chances are it would have been ok but I really appreciate they went the extra mile to loan me a car for the trip. Thanks guys!! read more

If I could give this service department zero stars, I would. My problems started at around 15,000 miles on my '25 GMC Acadia Denali, and instead of fixing them correctly, this dealership repeatedly applied temporary "band-aid" fixes until my warranty expired. Now their response is essentially, "Sorry you're going through that." It started when my brakes began squeaking, and the GMC app warned me that my brake pad life was low. While I was in Florida, I took the vehicle to a local Cadillac dealership for an oil change and asked them to inspect the brakes. They told me it was a faulty sensor, my brakes were still around 85%, and the vehicle was perfectly safe to drive back to Indiana. During the Florida visit, my sunroof weatherstrip detached and started sticking out of the corner. The app then escalated to saying my brake pads were critical, the brake warning lights came on, and almost all of my rear taillights stopped working. Both rear taillights and the liftgate lights were out, leaving only one brake light on the left side functioning. When I returned, I took the vehicle to Andy Mohr Buick GMC in Fishers. The first thing they told me was that my front brakes and rotors were completely worn out and that I needed to pay nearly $700 for new brakes because I "brake too hard." The moment I showed them the documentation from the Cadillac dealership stating it was a sensor issue, the story suddenly changed. Now it was a warranty repair, and my brakes were supposedly fine after all. Funny how that worked. They eventually replaced the faulty sensor under warranty, but somehow my sway bar was broken when I got my vehicle back, requiring another repair. Then there were the taillights. They supposedly ordered replacement parts, but they ordered the wrong light. I returned again, only to learn they had ordered the left side but completely forgot the liftgate light was also out. It took months before the correct parts finally arrived and the repair was completed. The sunroof was even worse. During my first visit, they admitted they "didn't get to it," so I had to schedule another appointment. Later my service advisor, Andy, told me what actually happened: instead of replacing the damaged weatherstrip, someone simply pushed it back into place with their fingers. A couple of weeks later it came back out. I returned again, and Andy explained the entire sunroof assembly would have to be removed to replace the weatherstrip correctly. He told me they would need my vehicle for five days. He ordered the part, we scheduled the repair, and then just a few hours after I dropped the vehicle off, he called to say it was finished. It wasn't. Instead of performing the repair they described, they simply glued the weatherstrip back in and assured me it was "99.995% effective." Fast forward two months, and the weatherstrip is now coming loose on all four corners. It became so bad that I had to pull over on the interstate because it was flapping violently in the wind. By this point, my vehicle was out of warranty due to mileage, and I had moved out of state. Their response? "Sorry you're going through that. Maybe your local dealership will give you a discount." The service manager also told me the General Manager wanted to call me personally. That call never happened. This dealership repeatedly misdiagnosed problems, changed their story when confronted with documentation, ordered incorrect parts, failed to complete repairs they promised, and used temporary fixes instead of properly repairing my vehicle while it was still under warranty. They wasted my time with multiple return visits, and now that the warranty has expired, they've washed their hands of the situation. If you value honest communication, competent repairs, and a dealership that stands behind its work, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. read more

I brought my gmc in for service as the interior temp control display wasn't functioning. The initial quote was $8,000. I picked up the vehicle with the reassurance from Bob that if I brought it back later the $200 diagnostic fee would be applied to the bill. I brought the vehicle back and they refused to apply the diagnostic fee as the issue I wanted fixed wasn't part of the initial diagnostic. The repair I wanted done was about $800 and at least I didn't pay $8,000 for repairs that wouldn't have resolved the issue. if you get Bob ask for another service rep. read more

BEWARE Out-of-State Customers: I purchased a vehicle advertised on Cars.com and their website at $26,000, but after placing a deposit I was told I would be "double-taxed" unless I used dealer-arranged shipping and had it shipped to NY. I was also told I could not arrange my own shipper for half the cost. In the end, I was required to accept additional charges (window etching, paint protection, and shipping) that were not disclosed in the advertised price. After delivery, I found no evidence that the window etching I was charged for had been applied. I feel it was not only deceptive advertising, but also was charged for non-delivered goods. Based on my experience, the advertised price was not actually available without mandatory add-ons. I attempted to resolve this directly but was denied. Complaints have been filed with the Indiana Attorney General and Secretary of State, and I remain willing to resolve the matter. read more

So they had a 2013 Chevy suburban posted for $12,000 on a Wednesday and we emailed them to confirm to come look at it on Sat morning. We live over 3 hours away and found out the change the price on Friday. On Saturday morning while driving there my wife clicked on the email and it said it changed from 12,000 to 14,700 but we were 45 minutes away so we continued on I got there and spoke to Jeff the used car manager and clarified with him that I wasn't interested at 14,700 and I showed him a picture of when it was posted for 12,000 test drove it was interested Jeff came back and said that he couldn't hold up to that price anymore so falsely advertised and they increased the price the day before he then insisted on saying that my wife clicked on the email two times this morning which we did when we were 45 minutes away and then he lied and said my wife clicked on the email yesterday but she never did so Jeff the used car manager is a piece of crap in my eyes and could have made this right wasted three and a half hour drive time there three and a half hours back and an hour of us sitting there waiting for him. Took my vehicle to Andy Mohr GMC Fishers for service due to cruise control working intermittently. The advisor put the customer concern cruise control won't work so the technician got incorrect information from the advisor, Itold him that intermittently. Technician took the vehicle for a drive and the cruise control worked that time, technician questioned whether the customer knew how to use the cruise control. Paperwork that the customer signed had found p0564 stored in history. That code indicates cruise control multifunction input "a" circuit invalid so vehicle is indicating the customer concerns are correct cruise control works intermittently. Brought vehicle back in for same concern the advisor told me that the info I got from YouTube on the code above is not how to diagnose the issue and you cannot trust YouTube. I took video showing that it works sometimes and it doesn't work at times. I offered the advisor the video but he said no we don't need it. Additionally, the sales associate immediately suggested that a different, more expensive vehicle was "much nicer," indicating he was not interested in selling the advertised vehicle at the advertised price. I believe this constitutes deceptive advertising because the advertised price is misleading and contingent on a trade-in, which was not clearly disclosed to potential buyers. David Graves is the MVP. I came up several times and looked at the cars in the car lot to decide what kind of cars I was interested in and then I'm in an appointment to talk to him specifically. My daughter had purchased a car from this lot in from David recently And I was there for the experience. It was great! We weren't talked down to and he understood my situation and hers at the time and helped us get into a car each. I don't think that I would work with anyone else. Leroy in Finance also made this a good experience and trying to explain everything out that I had questions about. I am so far extremely happy with my experience, and thank God that the dealership was there to treat me with respect and kindness, and not just trying to get my business. I haven't had service there yet because I just got my car but I believe that everybody that I dealt with was very pleasant and upfront. VERY disappointed in "Andy Mohr" and can only hope that someone will take my warning of this dealership. Not good right from the start with the first salesman, in fact so bad that another from the dealership called me back to PLEASE let them make it good. So, knowing I should not have I did..I am almost 70 and always give people a chance. Well, when it came to finally agreeing on a price..which they told me they would and could not honor the price listed their website...another red flag... I was told that the Ziebart protection was "mandatory" asking why I was told it was by the state. It was NOT. I now have paid for something I did not want and paid premium for the car, really no deal... and the car tires were so close to not being drivable I then had to spend another $1000 on tires. I was also told the oil had been "just" changed...another lie I found out after looking at the advertised mileage which was the same as my paperwork but NOT...mileage was 3000 more ! Another red flag as one of the times I set to come look at the car and found it not there due to an employee using it, so another cost for oil change! Waste of time. Found a used car online and messaged. I have screenshot of the listing and how they've lowered the vehicles price over the last month of having it for sale. Called dealer and suddenly the price went up $500. There are other reviews that say this same thing!! I was told the market dictated it and they won't honor the other price nor discount at all from where they were at. I went to test drive it. Battery was dead, ok that happens...but then there was something very wrong and it literally wouldn't drive over 15mph. I barely made it around a roundabout in front of the dealer and returned. Service department is an absolute joke. Didn't fix the issue and charged me $150 for a diagnostic to tell me I needed to add oil. They told me this AFTER I asked them to tell me the issue with the vehicle before doing work to assess if it was worth it. Instead, they sent me a long list of things they thought I should get done-- one of which was an oil change. Oil light was not on and I just had an oil change recently, so I declined it until they told me the problem causing hollow knocking in my engine. THEN, they waited till the following day to tell me I needed oil, charged me $150, and didn't add oil or do anything remotely helpful except say, "Well, sorry." Don't ever take your car here or buy from here. On a side note, when I first bought the car from them-- it was leaking GASOLINE IN THE ENGINE, so they had to keep it to take apart and rebuild the engine. I'll never be back here in my life. I would add lack of integrity and honesty for things to consider too for this dealer. They had six 2022 Corollas on sale for $14,500 after $2000 trade in. With the only stipulations that the age of the purchase price and trade in met the guidelines. So, today I had an appointment to go there with my son to purchase a car. However, now the cars are listed as $16,900 and $16,950, with no trade in. When I questioned them they said prices change. Okay, I get that. But when I said you had them listed for this amount, and the sales manager, Jeff, pointed it out to me they said they never had them advertised for that. I said I have a screen shot of those six cars and that price. They said it could be from another site. I said no, it is from the Andy Mohr Buick GMC site. They said it never happened. I have been an Andy Mohr customer for over twenty years with multiple leases. My last two visits for an oil change have been very stressful. My first time was about one year ago and I waited over 2 hours for a simple oil change. This was my first time caring for my vehicle since my husband died. The gentleman I worked with explained that they had an "emergency " come up and my vehicle got pushed aside. He then explained that they were extremely short of help. Today I scheduled for my second oil change and also had a low air pressure signal which I asked to have looked at. The gentleman today told me I needed an alignment which I agreed to. I waited 3 1/2 hrs today! Completely unacceptable when you have an appointment. Yes, I told them about the tire issue when making my appointment. No reason for the delay was given to me today. I saw 5 people come and go while waiting on my vehicle. I was given a discount when I went to pay for my inconvenience. I was never updated during my wait. Not a good way to run a service department. I love my Terrain but really don't want to ever go back to have it serviced. Come on, you must do better! read more

I found a '23 Blazer RS doing a web search and the pricing seemed to be in line with what other dealers had for a similar vehicle & trim. I already had a pre-approval from my bank, so I figured it would be a quick in & out visit. After a 2.5 hour drive, I walked in shortly after opening on August 10th and got paired with Matt Carver. I told him that I wanted to check out the Blazer, so he said to give him a moment while he grabbed the keys. I went out and grabbed my wife & son to take them on the test drive and came back into the lobby. Matt walked past me several times as if there were multiple 6'2, 320 pound black guys in the lobby. When I finally asked him if he was still waiting on the key, he looked shocked and that's when I realized he must have forgot what hi customer looked like (red flag #1). We went into the office and I told him that I already had a pre-approval from my bank, only to be told that I didn't have all of the info on the vehicle when I got the pre-approval, so they would have to pull my credit again (red flag #2). I knew my credit score was fine, but was kind of shocked that they never asked for a check stub or anything to verify my income. I stepped away to o to the restroom while they were processing the app and when I got back to the office, my wife said that Matt was looking for me because we thought I could get a better rate since my score was 800, so I thought no big deal until the finance office said that my bank came back with a rate over 1% higher than my pre-approval. Then the lender that "approved me lowered the interest rate" because of the service contract that I added to the purchase? I went through with the purchase because it was still a good deal and when I asked Matt about the second key for the vehicle, he stated that the service guy had it and he would overnight it to me. After multiple texts, calls, emails and promises of "I'll send you the tracking tomorrow", I sit here on August 27th still with no second key. Matt texted me a photo of the key on top of some paperwork where he said that he was sending it out on Monday the 26th. Thankfully, I zoomed in on the photo because he had a Fishers zip code on his paperwork and I live in Elkhart. Had my car towed there after the engine shut down in the middle of the road and having to push it to the side. They kept it two days and couldn't find the problem. I have a dash cam that showed they drove it around the parking lot twice. After calling multiple times and not being able to get ahold of my advisor Matt I felt no other option but to pick up my busted Buick. Only to get stranded on the interstate in the fast lane. Then having to be rescued by police and police towing. Had it towed back to Andy Mohr. After a week of it being there they finally found the problem with my car breaking down but they didn't fix the AC or the tire sensors. Horrible communication, liars and they don't fix your problem. My daughter took my car in for an oil change, presented a coupon, they even had her email it, told her my car car needed a tire rotation though it did not as my tires were rotated 6 months ago from Costco where I've purchased my tires. Bought 2015 GMC Sierra Yesterday- Told them I was driving to Chicago next day. Sales guy was great. Truck completely died on me in the morning in Chicago (15 hours after driving off the lot) and stranded me. $400 later with a tow and new battery I'm on my way home after being extremely late to meetings. I guess battery isn't covered in the 45 days after purchase l. I understand "as is" but think as much as it costs - it should have an operable battery and not go out under the first 15 hours of going off the lot. Bought my dream car from this auto dealership. Overall a pretty easy experience, typically it takes hours and hours and car dealers have a lot of fees and added costs. Not the experience I had though, everything went pretty quickly and negotiated a reasonable price for a new Tahoe. We were even able to come to an agreement about what needed checked or fixed upon purchase to get it into great shape as I got it home. Got a protection plan to help with any other unforeseen issues in the future that may happen with a big SUV like this. The staff was inviting and the car salesman I had was nice and polite when helping me thru the process. Glad I was able to find a dealer in the area to get me the exact SUV I wanted. Very disappointed with this dealerships tactics. Test drove a car. They wanted to add $700 charge for zebart on a car that was 8 years old. Test drove the car and it had a vibration. Determined that it was due to repaired wheels. They would not fix this either. Next day they said they would drop the Zebart charge. So I asked for a final price. After a few hours I was informed that the price had increased since I drove the car the night before by $840. I checked the website after this supposed price increase and the price had not changed. Went here two different times to look at a vehicle. First time, I was in market for an economical used car to commute to work. When I test drove a car it sounded like it was going to fall apart. I didn't make it out of lot. There were several salespeople outside just laughing at me. The salesperson denied that there was an issue. Today my husband had an appointment to look at a very expensive newer truck. The salesperson couldn't find it because it was a lift for engine repair. When I shared my last experience there he just said, "we sell a lot of junk" and didn't even try to offer good customer service. What a waste of time!! read more

Tech at some point broke glove box in multiple places when changing cabin air filter in my retired mother's Buick Verano. Reinstalled glove box in a way where you wouldn't know until you went to change the cabin air filter. Chad Lowe, service manager, basically told my father to __ himself since it's been 3yrs since it was done. Now my mother has owned nothing but Buicks for as long as I can remember... ~40yrs and this is how a loyal customer gets treated. Her next, and probably last vehicle, will not be a Buick. read more

My fiancé and I went to this location today to purchase a truck and the salesman Cecil Turner was horrible! Extremely rude!!!! He used his personal cellular phone to take pictures of my fiancé drivers license and sure that may be the process, but with cyber crime these days it's smarter to be safe with a persons personal information. When I asked about him taking the pictures he got smart with me and said that's how they do it. Well he has us sit down and walks away from the computer leaving my fiancés information up on the computer. I asked him to please close the screen where other patrons walking around couldn't see it. He got smart with me yet again and said "Y'all just need to chill y'all in Fishers." Please tell how that makes a hill of beans. Are you serious? So if the two ladies circling around the area where the information was displayed on the computer were criminals (not saying that they were but...) what happens then? I mean clearly common sense is not so common and besides it would be my fiancés credit that was harmed not Cecil's. We will take our business elsewhere for sure because his attitude sucked! read more
