He was up front about the age of our fridge and if we were thinking about replacing it any time soon, he would not bother with the repair. Since a new fridge is not in our budget, we went with the new ice maker. He wasn't sure if another part would be needed, so he said he would order that part too. 8 days later, I got a text saying that the part came in with an open appointment time, if it worked for me. Communication was very efficient! Anthony came replaced the ice maker and tested the other part. My old one was working so he didn't have to replace it saving me $120! Also, the charge for the initial diagnostic appointment was applied to the final repair cost so that was a savings too! It's been about a month and my new ice maker is working like a champ!
