We had heard great things about Sparkling Grill so we scheduled a cleaning with Jason. A few things worth mentioning for those looking to have their grill cleaned: - The service was very affordable and is a service we plan to do every year - Jason was on time and the grill looked amazing when he was done - Jason showed us where our grill was splintering, showed us for safety reasons parts that needed to be ordered, and helped us find them online (to make sure we ordered the right parts) - I hadn't realized there was a drip pan, so when he went to clean it he found a dead mouse. I was so bothered by the finding, but Jason was amazing and took care of it so I didn't have to. I was very pleased with the cleaning service Jason provided last year. He not only arrived on schedule, but also did a very good job within the promised time frame. During the clean process, Jason advised me to replace some parts and he helped with the installation. My BBQ grill was sparkling clean after the service. This year I call Jason back for cleaning. He told me exactly what he was going to do. So I knew what to expect. It's a messy job and Jason came well prepared. He was neat and clean. jason was awesome!!!!! he cleaned my bbq on 7/11/17. he arrived on time (always a big plus) and cleaned my excalibur pro stg 26 grill-3 burners and a rotisserie. the price was not cheap ($200.00) but you always get or should get what u pay for and do so very much with Jason. jason arrived and after a few pleasantries got right to work on the job. (It is a messy job) this is a well used grill and needed new briquettes as well which jason suggested what to get and even offered to find them for cheaper if possible now that is service with an a+++++++. as i said this grill was pretty well used and dirtier than jason thought it was going to be but what a phenomenal job he did for a 1 man show and he even cleaned my grill rack on my charcoal smoker (N/C), i would recommend him to anyone that needs their grill cleaned, however don't expect miracles if your grill is beyond the point of fixing or cleaning he will give you an honest evaluation. he even tested everything before he left to make sure it would fire up as good as day 1 when i got it home. he does great work and usually take about 1 1/2 -2 1/2 hours depending on how dirty the bbq is but dont expect miracles. no one can get your bbq clean as exactly the day when you brought it home, he could do it but if you want someone to spend 12 hours cleaning your bbq it will cost way north of $200 then call the guys who spend 12 hours and charge you appropriately. thanks jason please have anybody call me if yiu need a referral awesome job!!!! read more
