This is a another installation of PPF and Ceramic coating my a second vehicle and It's hard for me to believe that this job is even nicer than the first for its PERFORMANCE , COST and SCHEDULE ratings. 2. Performance: - PPF, right seal on all surfaces, edges clean and or tucked in, visibility of film nearly undetectable with the naked eye (had to confirm with tactile sensory) - Ceramic coating, looked as it were baked into the super smooth and color corrected paint. All blemishes identified at my initial appointment were removed with no trace of them what so ever. Very nice glow all over the car surfaces - Window tint, VERY NICE JOB in mitigating my concern for over darkening my front door windows. I received communications form the shop with light meter readings from my vehicle's window tint during the actual job. I have the OK to proceed with the tint using those light meter readings as acceptable. Cost: With my Customer Appreciation discount, this job cost less than the first job for similar amount of work! It also cost less than the Expel Recommended Service Provider Network Auto detail shops on Jacksonville!!! The savings easily covered the costs of my round trip Uber ride fares to and from Newberry due to my cars stay at the Next Gen AutoSpa! Schedule: Here's where NG Auto Soa showed their capacity to adapt to customer supply and demand. I received noticed on a Wednesday that my car would arrive for me to pick it up the next Monday. I called NGD that same day. Initially, Carlos informed me that the work schedule for next week was nearly full. Maybe the following week. I said "no problem I will keep my new car garaged until my appointment in two weeks. Well, an hour later Carlos calls me to incite me to bring my car in Monday afternoon right after I pick it up from the dealership.(10 minutes drive) Carlos got some assistance to work evening shifts on my car. This help was not his second string team but the BOSS himself worked on it through the evening. I know because I received txt messages on the progress of my job order Monday evening! Way to go NG AutonSpa. Well.... I was truly impressed with the immaculate clean precision work delivered as promised and the customer appreciation discount awarded to me. When I saw my new car parked outside for me to inspect, my first thought was WOW this car looks like it's going on a "First Date" ! ;-) I wanted to insert photos of the car to show the results of their work but I don't"t see a place to attach a file to this message. Auto ER's Negligence Cost Me Thousands in Repairs…read more If you care about your vehicle and your wallet, avoid Auto ER at all costs. Their careless mistake during a routine oil change has now cost me over $2,750 in diagnostics and repairs, and they have failed to take responsibility. On January 16, 2025, I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler to Auto ER for a simple oil change. Immediately after their service, my oil pressure warning light and check engine light (P06DD) came on--issues that were NOT present before. When I returned to Auto ER, they failed to resolve the issue, leaving me with a serious mechanical problem that they refused to take accountability for. After spending $2,750 at another repair shop, it was confirmed that Auto ER's technician failed to properly reinstall the O-ring in my oil filter housing, leaving a piece of the O-ring lodged inside my engine and causing severe oil flow issues. Despite being presented with proof of their negligence, Auto ER failed to respond by the deadline I provided, despite confirming the issue had been escalated to corporate. Key Reasons to Avoid Auto ER: - They performed an incompetent oil change that resulted in serious engine damage. - They refused to take responsibility even when presented with clear proof from another certified mechanic. - They failed to respond by the deadline after claiming corporate would address the issue. - I have now spent $2,750 in out-of-pocket costs because of their carelessness. I will be escalating this issue to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and pursuing legal action to recover my damages. If you value your vehicle, stay far away from Auto ER. They do not stand behind their work, and their mistakes can cost you thousands in unnecessary repairs. Learn from our mistake--take your car elsewhere while it's still running. These people will leave it out of commission from something as simple as an oil change.

John contacted me next day by phone then again by email just in case I missed the call (I did). He was professional and incredibly prompt. He arrive not just on time but a bit early. As a military brat, that is important to me. I was charged $15 extra because the carpet was filthy. I anticipated that because Jeeps do get dirty. Especially when hauling around fur babies. And even with that extra tacked on, it was still $25 less than his competitor (without faculty or student discount). I have also found that some detail shops help themselves to my loose change. He didn't. It was all there! Also, I tend to have salt deposits on my steering wheel and blinker handle and everything was spotless. Another thing I noticed is when we did a walk through of his work if he missed anything, he went right back over it and made it right (there were smudges on the back window). I am extremely satisfied with the service. He was professional, prompt, thorough, and pricing was extremely reasonable.
