After making my phone call outside I realize their rollup door was open so I could view my daughters practice from outside and not have to worry about the face mask on. At which .5 minutes later or so I noticed one of the employees pointing in my direction and conversation about me, then they proceeded to roll down the door from which I was viewing my daughter from outside of their facility. At this point I put my mask on and covered my nose completely and walked inside to ask why theyRolled down the door from which I was viewing my daughters practice from outside, they replied I was within 6 feet of the outside door without a mask on and that was not OK. I mentioned to the employee that we pay for our daughter to come here for gymnastics not to be scrutinized/harrassed For a individual employees thoughts on if a mask should be worn outside of a facility while viewing their children practice.. more than thankful to other parents that witnessed this incident speak up in front of the employees and say it was out of line and I was outside of the building which did not make any sense.. needless to say with the way we were treated and embarrassed we withdrew our child from this JUDGEMENTAL business!!! For all parents looking for a place for their kids to learn gymnastics there are plenty of other options in the area.

It was my daughter's dream to do back flips at a cheer performance, and she recently achieved it! She could not have reached that goal without the love and support from her coaches. The team at Funtastic goes above and beyond to ensure the students are progressing in their skills with confidence. It is also their priority to encourage the students, boost their self-esteem by giving positive affirmations, and include everyone as part of the team. They take the safety of the students extremely seriously - there are always highly trained staff for each class with many safety protocols. My son is autistic, and like any parent, I'm doing everything I can to help him feel included and comfortable in the world. Before starting, I made the staff aware of his needs. Instead of patience or understanding, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The instructors displayed unprofessional and hurtful behavior--making uncomfortable looks, using hand gestures to signal him to go away, and essentially excluding him rather than supporting him. No child should ever be made to feel like they don't belong--especially in a place that's supposed to encourage growth and confidence. Watching this happen to my son was devastating. I understand that not every instructor is trained to work with children who have different needs--but that is exactly why proper training and awareness are so important. If you're going to work with young children, compassion, patience, and inclusivity should be the baseline. I share this so other parents are aware. Every child deserves kindness, respect, and a chance to participate without judgment. I hope this business takes this seriously and invests in educating their staff so no other child or parent has to go through this.

I left wanting my middle son to join. He has always been the bouncy type. :) I was able to get him to try the intro preschool co-ed class in 2024. He fit in so well with all the littles. The coaches were young and full of energy! Their excitement for kids and gymnastics made it easy for me to decide that my son should continue participating. My son loves going to gymnastics. Currently, he is in the all boys class held on Wednesdays. When he comes home he feels so confident showing us what he has learned. I would recommend this gymnastics gym. Kids feel welcomed. Families know families. It is a good community for families.

Avoid the unprofessionalism and embarrassment of being part of this gym and go somewhere else.

The negative aspects are for me as a spectator. First off, there's only a few chairs but about 20 parents cramped in there. You either have to stand or wait outside or in your car. I really want to watch my kid during the class and see her progression, but I have to wait in my car and miss the whole class. The vibe inside is extremely awkward. The moms of the competitive cheerleading class also cram into the same room. You would think the seating was assigned, as the same people always get "their" spots. The cheerleading moms are obnoxious and cliquey. They talk about inappropriate topics that everyone can hear. They have no shame. No one is friendly there except for the instructors. They should make it to where the classes aren't at the same time. I wouldn't recommend this studio based on the atmosphere, but I really hope they can change some things to make it more comfortable.

I've sent an email to the business email as well as trying to contact them through Instagram, I am left with having to reach out to my bank to stop the payment. I had contacted them before charging my account yet. They still charged it for the month. The facility itself is clean and nice. Many of the instructors I met were friendly and helpful. Whomever is responsible for payment/customer service should be responsive to customers/members . No response is unacceptable.
