Awful. We pulled my daughter out after two lessons. Front desk is rude and can't be bothered to even look up when you walk in. If you have questions, they are curt and unfriendly. Don't waste your money here unless you just want an open gym experience. What a waste of time and money. If you want structure and actual instruction, go to Cannon's Gymnastics. I enrolled my daughter at this place because it was where some family friends bring their daughter. We enjoyed it for a while but with my busy work schedule I couldn't continue bringing my daughter. I applied for dis enrollment but it has to be approved not a single soul answers phones, emails or any communications. I have to physically go now because they continue to charge my card. I have been taking my 3 year old for about 4 months and it's been very stressful watching the coaches trying to get her to do what she is suppose to do, or keep still. Or just sit down and wait her turn. I was ready to stop taking her but one of the coaches encouraged me to sit with her so that I could be near and help her do the things she was suppose to do. That has really helped a lot and I think she is doing better. Everyone there is nice, there's a lot of gymnast that go so it could get pretty crowded while you wait. She's only 3 so I don't feel comfortable dropping her off just yet, other gyms don't allow parents to stay. They now have an app where you are able to pay your monthly bill and sign all the disclosure required. My daughter has fun and she loves going! read more

I am completely disappointed...I grew up here and was wanted my daughter to have a good experience. First off there is no air conditioning. The girls spent the first 20 minutes outside playing in the water. Came in for 10 minutes of warm ups. Then 10 minutes on the floor where the instructor was talking with another instructor almost the whole time. She didn't pay attention or help the girls at all. Then they went outside again and played in the water for the remaining 20 minutes of time. I can take my daughter to a community pool for 2.00 a day...I am not going to pay 100.00 a month for this. I am completely disappointed and will be taking my daughter somewhere else read more

My daughter previously went to another gym for a short time and was not engaged enough or learning a lot. When she came to USA Elite, I noticed her more active in class. She had more time to practice skills and less time just standing around. She completely improved as a gymnast! When we wanted to seek an opportunity for team, she was given a specific set of skills to work on and even given the opportunity to practice those skills during her regular class time. Being given differentiated skills was a huge plus for us! They may seem like a slight difference, but the effort was huge for us! Especially since there are a lot of young teens and adults running lessons. I would not have thought to do that at their ages! Any time I have a question, Megan at the front desk is able to respond quickly and professionally ! Plus, all team parents have been happy to answer questions which shows that this gym has cultivated a positive environment! I can't say enough positive things about this gym and I am always happy to recommend it to others! I've been bringing my daughter here for 9 years. I just happen to be sitting here looking at yelp reviews while waiting for my wife to get ready for the day so I started to look at the reviews about this gym. The negative reviews that look like from years ago are not true. The gym is very structured and disciplined. Jim is probably one of the most giving people I know. I would say reviews listed below would be from parents that don't appreciate discipline and structure for their child. We have been to 3 gyms over the years due to moving. USA Elite has by far been the best. It's also more affordable. You get 2 in one. A great price and the best training in the Central Valley. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't skip fundamentals which are key! My daughter has been part of the JO team level 5 and she would NOT be where she is today if it wasn't for Jim and his staff. She was at a different gym her first year and didn't score out, after changing to USA Elite she scored out of the next level with confidence and a new found LOVE AND FOCUS for the sport. This gym is awesome and the staff is wonderful! My daughter Trinity is currently taking the recreational classes and her coaches have been so amazing and patient with her! She started about 3/4 months ago and she's already learned so much since she started here!!! This was the first gymnastics experience for my 5 yr old. What I didn't like is they have young instructors who look very bored and not helpful to the little ones. If your child is worried or scared they don't care and very defensive. The owner stands in the middle of all the teams training and yells. I get tough love but it's not the Olympics especially with the young ones that are just getting started. Not a great first gymnastics experience and we moved to a more supportive place. read more

My daughter left this place more than two years ago and she still has post tramatic stress disorder every time we drive to other locations, which happen to come near this business. My daughter is scarred for life, because of the owner. When we finally had the courage to tell the owner we were no longer going to attend, he went out of his way to belittle my 10 year old daughter in front of everyone prior to leaving. It's a very unfortunate circumstance, especially after spending thousands for competition seasons. If there was an option for zero stars, or negative stars, I would have certainly selected as such. Usa elite gymnastics has been a blessing. My daughter was at another local gym where she was at "team level". Over the course of a few months they had destroyed her completely. We made the switch to elite gymnastics where the owner welcomed her with open arms, he was open to listening to what she had gone through and picked her right back up. In the course of 3 months she has grown so much! She has learned skills she couldn't dream about before. The coaches are amazing and helpful, when you ask for direction on how to guide them at home they do their best to provide instruction and they are always working with the girls. They are all hands on and with them throughout all of practice. The owner is always present and participates in everything the girls do. As a single mother he has made it possible to participate. He is understanding and very caring! He values and cares for his customers and it truly shows. All he asks is your child participate and do their very best in the gym. If your child is willing to work hard and put forth the effort they to will grow and benefit from this gym. He has given my daughter the active male figure and role model to go to and look up too!!!
