The coaches are rude, discouraging, petty, and allow bullying. I also question where all the fundraising money goes. The only way I am ok with the 1 star is because the facilities are nice. They are slowly becoming more and more dirty but in years past has been kept pretty clean. Avoid the unprofessionalism and embarrassment of being part of this gym and go somewhere else.

My son is autistic, and like any parent, I'm doing everything I can to help him feel included and comfortable in the world. Before starting, I made the staff aware of his needs. Instead of patience or understanding, what we experienced was the complete opposite. The instructors displayed unprofessional and hurtful behavior--making uncomfortable looks, using hand gestures to signal him to go away, and essentially excluding him rather than supporting him. No child should ever be made to feel like they don't belong--especially in a place that's supposed to encourage growth and confidence. Watching this happen to my son was devastating. I understand that not every instructor is trained to work with children who have different needs--but that is exactly why proper training and awareness are so important. If you're going to work with young children, compassion, patience, and inclusivity should be the baseline. I share this so other parents are aware. Every child deserves kindness, respect, and a chance to participate without judgment. I hope this business takes this seriously and invests in educating their staff so no other child or parent has to go through this.

So wonderful to get this valuable prenatal education, labor and delivery support, and postpartum breastfeeding coaching. During delivery, my doula was Sophia. She was calm, knowledgeable, able to take photos and videos, and helped me communicate my wishes to the nurse and midwife. I feel very grateful to have gotten Sophia's in-person support and all the prenatal education from the larger team on weekly virtual calls, the videos, and the workbook. I decided to sign my daughter up for pre dance because she loves to dance. She's been attending…read moresince August 2023 and loves it. There is many options for Dance classes. My daughter is in the 3-5 pre dance group and they can move up as they age. As of now she only goes once a week. It's for a whole hour, first they start with ballet shoes and then tap shoes. She loves her teacher. Her teacher is so friendly and knowledgeable. There's been times when my daughter is having a hard time and her teacher helps her by talking to her and letting her sit out until she's ready. The director, Nancy is also very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I'm so excited because they have a recital soon. I look forward to my daughter's dance journey here.
