Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews. This gym has everything you need--and more. Friendly staff, a full range of free weights (dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells), solid weight machines, and plenty of cardio equipment (ellipticals, stair climbers, treadmills). On top of that, you've got showers and even a tanning bed. At the end of the day, it delivers exactly what a gym should: a clean, well-equipped place to lift, train hard, and get after it. If you're expecting a luxury resort, this probably isn't your spot--but chances are, you'd find something to complain about there too. If you're looking for a reliable, no-nonsense gym to work out, sweat, and get better, this is it.

Pilates is for ANY age (I am in my 60s) and ANY fitness level. I tell people that you feel like you have had a message after finishing class. Katelyn is an excellent yoga teacher that adjusts her classes perfectly for each student. Not only are her classes challenging but the rewards out weigh any fears or struggles that could cause you to stop coming to class or to give up because you feel inadequate. Katelyn pays attention to each student and will help you achieve your goals whether it be to lose weight, tone, meditate or just learn how to relax and open your mind. VETERANS BEWARE I would give zero stars if possible…read more This gym talks a big game about patriotism with American flags all over the walls, but when it comes to actually supporting the people from its own hometown who serve this country, it does absolutely nothing. I graduated from Oakdale High School and have been serving in the military for the last 10 years. Every time I come back home and try to work out here, I'm reminded that they offer zero military or first responder discount and charge me $40 for just one week. That is hard to justify when the facility itself has barely changed in years. Through multiple name changes, the weights, machines, mirrors, and overall gym setup have not been updated. It feels like you are paying premium prices for a gym that has not invested back into itself. What makes it even worse is the pricing inconsistency. New customers are expected to pay $40 a week or $60 a month, while people who were members under the previous name are apparently still paying anywhere from $1 to $10 a month. That does not feel fair, and it certainly does not feel like this business values new or returning local customers. I grew up working out in this gym, so writing this is disappointing. I wanted to support a hometown business, but instead it feels like a huge waste of money and a place that proudly displays support for the country without showing any real support for the troops, first responders, or even the community members who built this place.

A wide range of classes that are scheduled throughout the day from 5:30am to 8pm is so so helpful as a busy working mom. I worried it would be intimidating but every single instructor is so kind and caring and helps make it a safe and fun place to learn and grow. Feel so lucky to have this in our little town!
