I purchased a three day full cleanse at the beginning of the month. It is challenging, but I think that is to be expected when getting into something like this. The juices were delicious and refreshing, and the charcoal lemonade is yummy! I did not like the ginger shot at all but I do have to say that it energized me completely, to the point where I did not feel like I was dying for coffee. Day 1 and Day 3 were the easiest for me, but a lot of what seems challenging is really more of a mental battle. I thought I would be starving when I finished, but I was actually not craving certain things. It definitely reset my appetite and it also helped get me back on track with drinking a good amount of water. I also lost about 4 pounds but I followed the program to the T. I purchased a 5 day and did three days while my other half did the two to get a head start on a healthier me. I lost seven pounds with no exercise other than walking. I felt and still feel less bloated and my habit of a coke or sweet tea a day is gone. I also lost the urge for bread or tortillas. Who doesn't eat tortillas with their meal? Me now that's who :-) During the three days I didn't just drink the juices. I ate chicken breasts from el pollo loco, I ate lettuce wraps from BJ's, and a hard boiled egg in the AM for example clean no dressing type of meals. But I only had the egg and one portion controlled meal in the late afternoon. My other half lost 4lbs and said we need to do it again because they got shorted lol. If you're asking when, how long?
