Scott responded within a few hours and was available to talk it through, suggest ideas and accommodate any and all guidelines we provided. He was quick in his responses and quote and even late night questions all while we had less than 2 days to plan and execute! On the day of the team was early and set up a beautiful spread. They were very friendly, kind, professional and caring. The food was delicious! They walked around to make sure everyone had everything they needed and even provided full service on putting together the perfect bagel bite with all the toppings. They packed up all the leftovers and cleaned up so we didn't have to do a thing! We could not have asked for a better experience! The seared ahi tuna bites were beautifully prepared, and the shrimp spring rolls with ginger peanut sauce were bursting with flavor. Even the flatbread pizza with Caesar salad was spot-on.
