And they claimed they tried to call me and the call didnt go through and the 11am appointment person was sitting there. Complete BS cause im using target wifi and have wifi calling and had 3 bars. The person on the phone also mentioned that their 'system was down' and couldnt contact me. I did the PAPERwork with my number on it... they didnt need a computer to get my number. They are just using that excuse. Why offer to call when they are ready for me when they arent and are just gonna let people ahead of me. I left after waiting 1 hr and 15 min cause thats some bs. They said it would take another 15 min. So only come here if it you want to wait 1.5 hrs

I'm not one to change a provider lightly, but I could not be happier to say I found one and that the reviews on Yelp are 100% accurate when it comes to Dr. Kim. If you care about genuine and personal customer service, and forming a real relationship with the people who take care of your health, this is the place to go. The level of service was unparalleled and they are friendly and thorough. I had insurance but assumed I had already used my benefits since I purchased contacts elsewhere less than a year prior. They took the time to check my insurance, saw I had benefits that could be applied, explained the benefits, and went through the benefits to see which could get me the best discount. I ended up getting contact lenses, frames, and lenses. Dr. Kim not only knows what she's doing in her profession, but she truly cares about her patients. She shows it by the time she spends to conduct her exam and to talk to you. It feels like a rarity these days to find this type of care, but it's a relief to see it still exists. I am very thankful to have found her.

Recently I had seriously injured my eye while doing some gardening and by the next morning I realized I needed professional medical attention. I went to Dr. Kim's office to arrange for an examination. While Dr. Kim was not in at the time, her employee, Scott, immediately contacted her by phone in an effort to have me seen late that afternoon. While Dr. Kim was out of town at the time, Scott was able to secure an appointment with Dr. Kim the following morning. Impressive! After examining my eye and generating a prescription for an immediate pick up, Dr. Kim insisted that in the future if any vision-related injuries arise I should immediately text the office, even if it is after-hours. She explained that, as a habit, she will review text messages after-hours and is very willing to meet with a patient, on an emergency basis, to avoid the risk of any long-term vision damage. Several days after my initial visit Dr. Kim then reached out to me via a follow-up email to confirm that I was healing properly and that the injury had been alleviated. I had a pleasant experience starting with the first phone call to try and make my appointment . I…read morecan't remember her name but the lady scheduling for me was beyond helpful in what seemed like would be an impossible task finding if they accepted my health insurance. She was so patient and kept trying different things when it wouldn't pop up right away. I feel like most front desk ladies would have tried once and given up with an unapologetic "sorry" , being that I've experienced this multiple times before. It took about 15-20 minutes later and 7 different attempts of searching that she found my insurance. This meant so much to me at this time because around this time I was having lots of discouraging experiences with trying to find proper offices and doctors when attempting to schedule for a general check up for me and a dentist appointment for my daughter and I hope she sees this because I want her to know how much I appreciated her patience and willingness to help.
