I called regarding a recurring drain issue and my call was answered right away. Although it wasn't an emergency, they immediately looked for ways to fit me into their schedule. I was impressed when they called back later that day with an opening and made the effort to get me taken care of sooner. Trevin arrived on time, cleared the drain quickly, and went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the area afterward. The service was professional, the pricing was fair, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. As a fellow small business owner, I know how much reviews matter. Bullet Plumbing earned this one. I'll definitely be calling them again and would confidently recommend them to others.

Highly satisfied and highly recommend! We have used their…read moreservices twice. The first was after we moved into our home and couldn't figure out how to light the pilot light on the water heater. We called and they returned the call within 10 minutes. They came out later that day and after looking over things, we discovered we needed a new water heater. They discussed all the options and cane back a couple days later on my day off. Things were quickly installed within a few hours, the mess was entirely cleaned up and objects put back. Water heater working perfect! Next time we used their services was a couple months later when we needed a new line run directly from our gas meter, through the garage and out into our deck so we could hook up our fire pit. It was a more involved job so it took a little longer that day but, once again everything was cleaned up and put away. They returned once more to ensure the holes in the garage wall were properly sealed and looked nice. They even put the shut off valve for the gas line a little ways up on the wall for safety so our kids couldn't reach it. Very thoughtful. They are very professional, respond nearly immediately, arrived exactly when scheduled and do an excellent job. We can not recommend highly enough!!!!

These Company is AWESOME!…read more By far the best plumbers around !! I have used these folks several times in the past and can't believe have never given them what they deserve and that's a 5 plus stars Yelp review!! Today CMS Plumbing saved my bacon by having Chris come out to the house and unplug our sewer system within two hours of my desperate phone call. I had three women trying to get ready in the morning and telling them they could not use the bathrooms was very dangerous to my health. They were getting ready to lynch me, but...... Chris saved me! He did the work so quickly and carefully that it was fantastic having him service our home! Chris is very friendly and very professional in his manner. (Plus he likes dogs!) He took the time to explain what he was going to do and did it super quickly! The women were extremely happy to be able to use the bathrooms again and it was the best money I have ever spent! CMS has saved me sooo many times. Back in July two other workers Freddy and Johnny came and snaked the house. These two gentlemen are very professional in how they conduct business as well. They like Chris, do the work in an expeditious manner without sacrificing the quality. Thank you CMS Plumbing! You are definitely the best value for the highest quality of service you preform!! This company is awesome!! 5 plus stars!!

He had good communication before arriving and was up front about how much it would cost to come and inspect it ($80--pretty typical for any house call by a tradesman). He and his brother Angel came and took a look, wearing masks inside the house, and diagnosed it as an old worn out outlet, which they replaced for a total of $90 all in. But the best part was that Miguel stayed for a good 15 minutes after he was done to talk about some of the issues with the wiring since this house is a rental and pretty old. He explained a lot of basics about electrical stuff that I had no idea about and gave me some recommendations for safer practices. I only wish that doctor's visits were this thorough! I'd feel totally comfortable calling Miguel again for any other electrical work. Good guy, good vibe, good work, fair price.
