Our project involved replacing a front walk that had previously been lifted using an injection method from another company. That repair failed because of issues with the base. Silver's removed the fallen walk and broken bricks, rebuilt the base properly, and tied the new step and walk into the porch. The seam is clean, flat, and solid. They also replaced several shattered sidewalk panels and tied them into the existing panels with rebar. Both the immediate cleanup and the follow‑up cleanup after removing the barrier were thorough. Around 8 a.m., I received an email from the manager, Fermin, letting me know I could either drop my car off and pick it up later that day or reschedule--great communication that I really appreciated. When I arrived, CJ checked me in. She was very kind and informative, providing an estimate for the repair and explaining that she'd contact me if the tire couldn't be fixed. About two hours later, CJ called to let me know there was a screw lodged in the tire and it wasn't repairable. She gave me a very reasonable quote for a replacement, and by around 3 p.m., my car was ready for pickup. Fermin helped me check out quickly and efficiently.
