I had a wonderful buying experience here and it was pretty swift. Most car dealers keep you there forever and people do not want to spend 4 hours buying a vehicle. I would come here again and Chris my salesman was great and friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently just purchased a 2020 Honda Hr-v from Mike Fiore. I love my new car! They were very friendly and listened to my budget and helped me find the right car. I was referred by my brother who brought a civic in December. The finance guy was very friendly and helped me get an extended warranty this was the first brand new car I ever purchased.

This was helpful as we just had a to clean a few things up and the car passed on the next visit. I also appreciated them allowing me to have my tires delivered and they put them on. My wheels didn't see a scratch. This cannot be said for a lot of tire places especially down in the Towson/Lutherville area. We're car people so going somewhere new is always scary but we needed that inspection before we PCS'd (Military move). If we were going to still be living here I would absolutely use them again.

In both instances, the technician claimed there were five to seven nails in the tires. While road hazards do happen, that number raises serious concerns. It feels highly improbable and, frankly, suspicious. Side note:if the nail or scre is in the middle of the tread you're good for a plug! Don't let snake oil salesman tell you need new tires. Witness the tire removal and test process. Don't trust their practices. The end result? Nearly $800 for two tires and an alignment, justified with statements like, "It's standard to do it, miss." That explanation came across as dismissive and condescending. It is difficult not to feel that women are being upsold or pressured into unnecessary services at this location. To make matters worse, one of my family members was sent away during a snowstorm with the remaining two tires underinflated. She then had to stop at Royal Farms down the street and pay to inflate them herself. That is unarcentable and uinsafe. My concern is simple: customers -- particularly women -- should not feel taken advantage of or pressured into expensive repairs without clear, transparent justification. If you choose to go here, I strongly recommend closely observing the work being done and asking detailed questions before approving additional services. This experience has left a very bad impression. Professionalism, transparency, and customer safety should never be optional. -V(for the wommen in America review) P.s. I have been exposed to the inner workings of the automotive industry for 32 years and men specifically are taking advantage of women! My family members is where I draw the line. I hate to leave this review based off of one unprofessional/rude employee...however here it is…read more.... Hello, I hope this reaches a support manager or someone in customer support. I called 3 days ago and asked a question concerning my navigation. My question.." hello my navigation system suddenly is asking me to insert my SD card, but I haven't taken it out nor do I know where it is..any suggestions?" The Jaguar service rep suggested I use my phone Google maps or ways! I replied i would like to use the features in my car. He replied well then I'm happy to take your $410. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. I called another jaguar dealer ship and the female rep suggested i open the arm rest and check the SD slot and see if it ejected. So helpful!!! I didn't even know that was the location. And that's all it was. Jaguar Hunt Valley needs customer service re training by chick fila affilates! Why would I pay for a luxury car and its ammenties to just use my phone. Shame on u sir!

Horrible experience............ I took my F-Type in because…read moreif was blowing a fuse connected to the HVAC system. after 2.5 hours in they said they need to run a 6 hour diagnostics electrical test and I declined the test because of the absurd labor cost for the test. when I started to ask question as to why the test, why not check the components connected to that fuse instead of trying to trace the wire and offered options to achieve the result, I was informed that I could come get my car and the refused service, MIND YOU i have a full warranty that covers everything on this vehicle but they did not like my questioning their 8hours total diagnostic testing. I have two Jaguars and neither will be seen here again....Take you Business to Hunt Vally Euro Cars instead!

I have had the most unpleasant experience with Phoenix Auto in Hunt Valley, MD. Please proceed with…read morecaution when working with this shop. I was told by one shop that my alternator needed to be replaced, so I took my car to Phoenix after price-shopping around. Phoenix had my car for two days while they attempted to diagnose the problem with the battery not holding a charge. I was told the alternator was fine, but they wanted to keep the car overnight to diagnose where the electric drain was occurring. I called the next day and I was told "honestly ma'am, there is nothing wrong with your car." So I paid over the phone & picked the car up later after hours. Once I left Phoenix' lot, I headed straight to a gas station where my car broke down right as I was pulling up to a gas pump. In addition to Phoenix, I had to also pay for the tow of my vehicle. This ordeal kept myself & two young kids pretty much up until 2AM (we picked the car up around 7:30PM - it must have been a busy night for tow trucks). Fast forward to today... I just got off the phone with Phoenix & I was told I was lying & to "be honest with myself." I was accused of "leaving something on", even after I explained over & over that the car was never turned off enroute from the shop to the gas station. It eventually degraded to a very childish argument when the owner turned it into a wording technicality - "Well, I told you the alternator was fine." I again reminded him that I was told nothing was wrong with the car, whether alternator or not (after spending two days in the shop) & I took his word for it. Defensive. Rude. Slightly threatening ("Where do you live?!! I'll come get the car!"). I am in shock that people think it is appropriate to conduct business in such a way. I will not be visiting Phoenix Auto again, & from others I've spoken to, they have also had similar experiences.
