I was told to bring it back so they could see if it was somethingthey did. To be fair I missed my appointment due to illness. I was told that I have to pay $50.00 dollars to diginose the issue because I missed my appointment. My car ran great before the oil change. Now it won't stay running. Was told that "he got sidetracked and forgot", I said "no problem". He said "ill call you back in a few minutes and figure it out for you and call you back". Well, he never called me back.They had two chances to get my easy buisiness and they failed. Everyone else I called in the northern metro was able to give me a quote in 10 seconds or less on my inital phone call to them. 2 stars for the professional sound of the employee who took my call, the only thing pisitive from my experience today.
