EVEN THOUGH I specifically stated I wanted to be called if any other repairs were needed / warranted, I never got a call. I spoke to the guy at the service desk, who when I asked to speak to the owner, he said he WAS the owner. I asked him if it was normal to bring ATVs to him and then have repairs done automatically. He said YEP with a straight face, because "it was needed". I then asked him if he would be ok taking his car to get 4 tires...and how he'd feel if when he got there, there was and extra $500-$1,000 in charges that he wasn't told about and wasn't consulted on. He said he'd be totally fine with that..again with a straight face! I was literally speechless. He wouldn't let me leave without paying in full. He offered to "go and take off my break quick before I loaded"...to which I said just forget it as I had someplace to be. He was a total jackass about it and acted like what he did was totally fine and how they do business. I'll be reversing the charges with my credit card company. Do not do business with this place! I called two other authorized service providers for my brand of ATVs...BOTH said that they always call and couldn't believe that they treated me like that and that it sounded awfully odd to them!

On Wednesday, June 22, 2022 my car stopped running after crossing a major county road. I did not…read moreknow who to call so I picked up my phone and called the first towing service that came up on my phone when I googled it which was "Flash Towing & Recovery" about ten miles from where I broke down. To my surprise, my phone call was answered immediately and not by some answering service. It was the tow truck driver himself who answered my call and I must say; he (Dave) was very nice and helpful. He said he would arrive within 30 minutes and he in-fact did just that. When he arrived, he was very nice and pleasant to talk to even while hooking up my car to load on his truck. He was equally nice and pleasant to talk to while driving to my mechanic's shop where I wanted my car to be dropped off for repair. Overall I would say this entire experience was the best customer service I had ever experienced. This company has to be one of the best in the entire country in my opinion.
