Over the years they've handled a wide range of issues for me, and their expertise and commitment to quality are unmatched. One example that stands out to me is my Son brought his car in for electrical work. After eight months the same issue resurfaced. Without hesitation, Doctor Monte's took care of it again, completely covered under their warranty. More recently, I had a timing chain broke that they had installed. It caused further damage to the engine. Despite their busy schedule they got a new timing chain, and fixed the damage to the engine the broken timing chain caused. By the end of the week through their warranty it was all finished. Doctor Monte's commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. On another occasion, I brought my vehicle in for a simple repair, and they charged me less than they originally quoted because they had an extra part on hand. They were having issues communicating with the car, probably because it has been sitting in storage for a while, but they said it looks like an issue with the mass airflow sensor. They fixed the diagnostic communication issue, found that it was indeed the mass airflow sensor, ordered a rebuilt original part and installed it for me. They even delivered the car to the location that I am storing it at (in Cambridge) to save me from having to drive an hour to pick it up. When it was all said and done, the bill was only $275 (including the diagnostic and tracking down an original part). I am extremely pleased with the service and honesty from Doctor Monte. They did a great job and were not out to rack up a higher bill. I am always concerned when taking vehicles to shops that I am not familiar with. Thank you for your excellent service!

After having the offending parties insurance company decide they wanted to total the car out Mitch was more than happy to still do the repairs for me along with a couple others as long as the front end was pulled apart to get the car back on the road. To get the parts and put it back together I used a variety of after market suppliers and then once everything was delivered brought them over to Mitch and got the car put back together. The only real issue was the wheel well liners didn't fit like he wanted them too and on him they picked up the cost to replace those with ones that were a bit more to their liking. Not many shops are going to do that for you. I'd happily recommend Oak Ridge to anyone needing repairs and body work done on their vehicle. They far exceeded my expectations with getting the car put back together and working better than it did before the accident that caused me to find their shop.

The diagnostic did not cover some key tests I expected as part of a standard diagnostic. They failed to do a full scan of all systems and failed to check previous codes that were causing problems as well. When I asked about further testing, they wanted to charge me extra. I ended up taking my car back without getting any repairs done. I feel like I didn't get the full picture of what was going on with my car. Also seems like they upcharge significantly on basic parts compared to other shops. Would not recommend.

My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed.
