Just a quick example (and we've had more involved repairs than this) I found out yesterday my wife's car's back taillight had burned out. I called them this morning at 8:05am. They said bring it in. Total cost for two burned out light bulbs and labor, $20.00. Another time my wife's front headlights and casings were getting glazed over from years of wear. The diagnostic did not cover some key tests I expected as part of a standard diagnostic. They failed to do a full scan of all systems and failed to check previous codes that were causing problems as well. When I asked about further testing, they wanted to charge me extra. I ended up taking my car back without getting any repairs done. I feel like I didn't get the full picture of what was going on with my car. Also seems like they upcharge significantly on basic parts compared to other shops. Would not recommend.
