They determined that would take a few days to fix it and to fit it into their schedule between other customers. They saved me by giving me a loaner car which was so much appreciated since I don't know anyone in the area who could help out. I really like how they would call and update me daily and sent pictures on the issues and descriptions in an email. I don't know about you but I can never remember when they rattle off a bunch of issues. It was nice to be able to reference back to that email. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend them.
