We had our pellet stove and pad installed today. Glenn and Troy were amazing. Efficient, clean and professional. A great experience.

If you looking for the best spa experience of your life then this is definitely NOT the place. If…read moreyou looking for your "spa fix" then perhaps. The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Be prepared to leave your American shyness at the door.

Bought a Groupon for women's gold package and had an amazing, relaxing day at Q sauna. The facility…read moreis a bit run down with old sofas/common area, but the spa experience definitely met the expectations. You start by checking in and receiving a shirt and a short with towels. You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!

We were at a complete loss as to how to get this project completed. Jesus was professional, detailed orientated, artistic, and returned calls within minutes, and completed our pool within a timely manner. We highly recommend Prestigious Pools!

The bid included replacement of coping, new skimmer, re-tile, re-plaster, and replacement of old electric heater with new heat pump. The bid detailed the cost of each phase of the project so that I could choose which phases I wanted (could afford) to complete. In the end I chose to complete the entire list and Jerry installed the new skimmer ($2250) for free. Jerry uses a combination of his own crew and subcontractors (coping and plastering) on my project. One can tell Jerry takes great pride in his work. He took the time necessary to make sure I understood the maintenance and water balancing of a new pool. When I decided to replace the 15 year old pool pump with a new SuperFlo VS motor he gave me a bid but did not balk when I decided to replace it myself. He even looked over my work to make sure it was done properly. I would end by saying that Jerry was very competitive in pricing (half that of AquaQuip) and in the same range of other contractors, but his customer service and communication was far better than other private contractors. I would have no hesitation recommending Prestigious Pools with the full 5 stars.

Not only did they set up a date and didn't show up but they refused to work with us to come out at a more convenient time for us. Would never recommend this company to anyone. In short, OHT headquarters denies any responsibility for the leak in my hot tub that began during…read morethe warranty period. When OHT responded to BBB, OHT completely left out the facts that there were leaks in the hot tub two times during the warranty period that they came out to fix only from the INSIDE of the hot tub and only with "sealant." Not long AFTER the warranty was up, the leak presented itself again, OHT sent out a technician that verified there was a leak, but this time said it would require them to find the leak from the OUTSIDE of the hot tub by searching through the hard foam insulation to the tune of an unknown dollar amount. The tech said it would cost at least $1,200 and as much as $2,700 (or something like that). I said then, OHT should be responsible for fixing the leak since it wasn't fixed properly during the warranty period. The tech checked with the company and told me no, it wasn't covered. Then the tech advised me to use "Fix-A-Leak." The tech wrote down on my service receipt "$1,500 + or -". OHT also imply it is my fault, because I did my own work on the tub (I did only after the warranty). In fact, the only work I did was to replace the water pump (that they already replaced themselves during the warranty period that failed again, and that's why I replaced it), and I replaced the heater. Both fixes were only done in the front compartment and have nothing to do with the shell of the hot tub. *** also claimed we didn't maintain the chemical balance, yet each service report showed the water balance was "good," but even if that were not the case, nothing in the warranty said it was void for poor chemical balance. You can decide if this was ethical or not.
