The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

I have several issues that compounded together to result in this poor rating:…read more 1. Delivery Issues: I bought a spa from Brown's because they carried the brand I was looking for. I hired a delivery person who they regularly work with. The delivery team even gave Brown's a heads-up before our scheduled date -- but when they arrived, Brown's acted like they had no idea and the spa wasn't ready for transport. On top of that, the spa was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned beforehand (and no, it wasn't from transport). 2. Service & Support Failures: Shortly after setup, we began experiencing multiple issues. The biggest problem was that the pumps would die after only about 20 minutes of use, and we kept getting a persistent plumbing error with no clear cause. Our first call was dismissed by the owner, who told us the spa "just needed to run and get the bugs out." When the issue continued, I called again and spoke with Cameron (the son), who came out to look at it. He brushed it off as "normal" but said he'd call the manufacturer. I raised several other concerns, but his response was essentially "I don't know, I'll call the manufacturer again." He said he'd follow up -- but that never happened. Frustrated, we asked for another authorized service person and were referred by mfg to Tony from Spa Co. in Snohomish. Tony immediately contacted the manufacturer, got new pumps ordered, installed them, and quickly identified the root cause of the plumbing error: the water had been flowing in the wrong direction. He fixed everything efficiently. Unfortunately, because we purchased the spa through Brown's, we ended up having to pay extra for service -- the manufacturer only covers a small portion, and Brown's provided no real support. Long story short: No, I absolutely do not recommend Brown's for a spa purchase or service. Their lack of preparation, follow-through, and basic customer support was incredibly disappointing.

I own an Olympic Flair hot tub, and recently about half of the lighting system stopped working. I scheduled a service visit expecting a typical warranty repair. The technician came out, did an initial inspection, and noted some trace evidence of mouse activity inside the cabinet. At that point, he stopped work and the issue was effectively denied as a warranty claim. Here's the problem with that. This isn't about "mice being present." This is about the fact that mice were able to get inside the sealed cabinet of the hot tub in the first place. A product like this, with internal electrical components, should be designed and installed in a way that reasonably prevents that kind of access. The spa has not been modified, moved, or subjected to anything outside of normal residential use. Instead of addressing that root issue, Olympic chose to treat it as customer-caused damage and declined to proceed with repair. That doesn't sit right with me. I've since escalated this because the real concern here is product integrity. If rodents can get into the internal components, that's a design or installation issue, not just "bad luck." To be fair, the technician was professional and easy to work with. The frustration is with how the situation was handled after that point. If you're considering buying from Olympic, I'd recommend asking very specific questions about how their tubs are sealed and how they handle situations like this under warranty. That part of the experience has been disappointing. I'm still hopeful they'll step up and make this right, but as it stands, this hasn't been a great experience.

Due to the ongoing delays and the financial impact, we ended up hiring another company that allowed us to order the needed part immediately and came out within two days to complete the repair. Overall, the customer service was quite lacking, and communication and follow up was extremely poor. Based on our experience, we would not use Olympic again

Here's a partial summary of my communications with AquaQuip: *4/16/26: After providing the prior sauna heater's specs, sauna dimensions, wiring, etc., I ordered the heater recommended by C. Requested a list of installers recommended by AquaQuip *4/16/26: Credit card charged ~$1900 *5/4/26: Called to check status. C told me that he would: Check with supplier on delivery status and get me an installation bid *5/12/26: Having heard nothing, I called again to check status. Was told that: sauna had mistakenly not been ordered, but that it would be and would arrive within 2 weeks. *5/12/26: J called to tell me that the heater recommended by C was not appropriate for my sauna. I again provided the prior heater's specs, sauna dimensions, wiring, etc., and sent photos by text. J reiterated that they would get me the name of a recommended installer and propose an alternative heater *5/16/26: Having not heard back, I followed up with J via text *5/22/26: Having not heard back, I followed up again with J via text *5/26/26: Having not heard back, I called main number and again requested update by VM. Said I would cancel the order and request a refund if no response that day. *5/27/26: Called to cancel order. I was switched to another AquaQuip branch and then told I would be refunded $1500, not the $1900 I was actually charged. I requested a call from the Shoreline branch to resolve amount owed. *5/28/26: Having heard nothing, called back Shoreline branch. Spoke to R and was told that the refund request was "pending with management" and that I would be contacted promptly to confirm cancellation and amount. *6/2/26: Having again heard nothing back from R or management, I disputed the charge through BoA. I can report that all of the AquaQuip representatives I spoke to sounded professional and helpful on the phone, but clearly the systems in place to recommend solutions and follow through on orders and refunds appear to be hopelessly broken. I was able to order a suitable replacement heater from Cedarbrook Sauna+Steam in Woodinville. They had it in stock, I picked it up the next day, and it works great. And it cost $900 less than the heater that AquaQuip recommended and was never able to deliver.

Called the store and was told it would be two weeks to get someone to take a look. We insisted that someone take a look at it sooner and a nice woman from the store came that same day and confirmed something was indeed wrong with the tub. The earliest appointment for a technician was two weeks later and the technician came, took a look at it quickly and decided it needs a new panel and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Everyone at the store seems very casual about the fact that they sold us a 12k tub that doesn't work and there is no urgency to get it fixed. We called last Friday to talk to a manager about returning it because it seems they sold us a lemon and they have not returned my call. My husband called today to also inquire and did not receive a return call. Everyone is very nice but there is no follow through and it seems like their only concern is getting you to buy a tub and don't seem that worried about the fact that they are selling products that don't work. I hope to update this review with better news but am not holding my breath.
