Luckily I did bring my yoga pants and they said it was fine for me to wear my own clothes in the meditation rooms. Normally I go to Olympus, but the last few times there it was so crowded and pretty dirty. Q is definitely a lot less crowded and much cleaner. Also, I went with a friend on a groupon which you should definitely check for as I have seen them offer these quite a bit. So process is -- you check in and they give you the "uniform" -- they only have up to size 2x and it is a small 2x IMO -- more like a 1x. It is a tshirt and shorts. They also give you your locker key. Q Spa is coED but they have separate bathrooms for men and women. They only thing coED is the meditation rooms, the common areas and the cafe. So, after paying and getting your uniform you proceed to your designated bathroom/changing room area. Your locker key has a number to show you which locker you are assigned to -- the spaces for the lockers are a little narrow, but not as much as Olympus. You can either change to your uniform or you can head straight to the pools. I like to do the mediation rooms before I get wet so after changing I headed back out to the common area. There is at least one meditation room on the ground floor but the majority of them are up stairs. I am not sure if there is an elevator for someone that is handicap? But they had a salt room, a chill room, a charcoal room and a sand room -- I love the meditation rooms. I guess the only weird thing is that there were men sitting in the common areas outside of the rooms just working on their laptops -- seems like a weird thing to do in a spa! So my friend and I spent about an hour and a half in the meditation rooms and then we were ready for the sauna, the steam room and the hot tubs! They have three different hot tubs of varying temps and a sauna and a steam room. In this gender segregated area, you remove your uniform -- so like Olympus you need to be comfortable in your own skin. It wasn't crowded at all (unlike olympus where you can be boob to boob with someone). My friend and I enjoyed this section of the spa -- it was very relaxing. We were starting to get hungry and noticed the cafe opens around 11am. So we got changed back to our uniforms and headed to the cafe. I love Korean food -- I can't recall what the dish was called but it was one of those stone bowl dishes where the food is still cooking in the very hot bowl. It wasn't quite as good as Olympus but it was still pretty yummy. Service was friendly and pretty quick too. I will definitely try Q Spa again.

I used to love coming here to relax and would visit once or twice a week when it was newer, but…read moreit's really sad that I can't do that anymore. The male visitors have turned this Korean spa into a bathhouse. You cant sit in the steam room, sauna, or hot tubs, and rest because the visitors are touching themselves and each other in there. I've tried to give it a few chances recently but this has happened the whole time during my last few visits. I thought maybe if I could visit on different times or days I could find a time to relax, but unfortunately it seems this goes on all day. There are a lot of signs saying there shouldnt be any sexual contact, but they don't seem to do anything. The only safe place for the men who want to relax is the coed saunas because you have to wear clothes and women share the area with men. As a Korean, I am just so disappointed that I can't use this Korean Spa for it's intended purposes. There are bathhouses in Seattle for these things, why can't these guys go there?

I have several issues that compounded together to result in this poor rating:…read more 1. Delivery Issues: I bought a spa from Brown's because they carried the brand I was looking for. I hired a delivery person who they regularly work with. The delivery team even gave Brown's a heads-up before our scheduled date -- but when they arrived, Brown's acted like they had no idea and the spa wasn't ready for transport. On top of that, the spa was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned beforehand (and no, it wasn't from transport). 2. Service & Support Failures: Shortly after setup, we began experiencing multiple issues. The biggest problem was that the pumps would die after only about 20 minutes of use, and we kept getting a persistent plumbing error with no clear cause. Our first call was dismissed by the owner, who told us the spa "just needed to run and get the bugs out." When the issue continued, I called again and spoke with Cameron (the son), who came out to look at it. He brushed it off as "normal" but said he'd call the manufacturer. I raised several other concerns, but his response was essentially "I don't know, I'll call the manufacturer again." He said he'd follow up -- but that never happened. Frustrated, we asked for another authorized service person and were referred by mfg to Tony from Spa Co. in Snohomish. Tony immediately contacted the manufacturer, got new pumps ordered, installed them, and quickly identified the root cause of the plumbing error: the water had been flowing in the wrong direction. He fixed everything efficiently. Unfortunately, because we purchased the spa through Brown's, we ended up having to pay extra for service -- the manufacturer only covers a small portion, and Brown's provided no real support. Long story short: No, I absolutely do not recommend Brown's for a spa purchase or service. Their lack of preparation, follow-through, and basic customer support was incredibly disappointing.

The previous technician they had for years would always take the time to clean and test everything in great detail. The current technician came last year to do the second service in a 3 year prepaid plan I bought and spent about 20 minutes not cleaning much. I had to take it all apart and clean it myself. I just let that slide thinking it would be a one off thing but today it happened again. The same technician my cameras clocked him in at 11:28am and leaving by 11:49am. That would leave him about 15 minutes of cleaning time if you factor in laying out/picking up of tools and writing out the service report. I happened to be home at the time he arrived and he actually had the nerve to try and sell me on doing a prepaid package again because the price is increasing as I was leaving for work. I will have to take it all apart and clean it myself again and in my opinion Anderson owes me my money back for two years of that plan. David was able to work out for us the best possible Hot Tub we now use nightly. But the service did not stop there..... After ordering the Hot Tub a delivery service was coordinated, this seemed to be a contracted service, and when the delivery team arrived (on time) they were as knowledgeable and helpful as David helping find the best suited placement for our tub. They were fast and cordial and the driver was top notch backing up through a more than difficult inclined driveway all the while leaving no damage to my grass or shrubs. The delivery team also dropped off a step-by-step easy read instruction manual with information on how to best upkeep my tub which seemed to be almost full proof (I'm sure I'll put that to the test). But again the excellent service did not stop despite them dropping off the tub and locking me in as a customer. Once the electrician came to hook up the breaker (my own electrician) there was an issue with the wiring (simple fix unbeknownst to me) which Olympic was more than happy to come a fix free of charge. Lastly I have just scheduled my tub tutorial which was accommodated on the date and time I requested. Thank you Olympic Hot Tub for the start to finish best customer service. I could not have hand picked a better company to make my investment in. It is this type of service all companies should strive for as customer service is what most people are buying now days. I can only hope it continues throughout the years anytime I need something. Thank you Dale, David, and Don you have all been great and I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a tub. First tech said I needed a new leg; then a new team came on second visit and said "I guarantee a new leg won't fix it". They told me "Covanas are very tricky; best not to mess with it." Total charges were about $750! No resolution of problem of the low leg and incomplete spa closure! So, I called Covana in Canada and they explained how to elevate the leg. All I needed was a $5.00 cam buckle! I just needed to disconnect the drive shaft after placing the cam buckle and allowed the overly compressed non-motorized leg to elevate. Now spa will close without gaps. I subsequently found out that this company uses subcontractors to install the Covana spa covers. I personally think that the "technicians" didn't have the skill sets and/or knowledge to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company for fixing a Covana spa cover. All it costed me was a lot of money without resolution of issue. I felt completely ripped off and horribly overcharged. Come to your own conclusions. But my advice is to steer clear and buyer beware!

I was switched to another AquaQuip branch and then told I would be refunded $1500, not the $1900 I was actually charged. I requested a call from the Shoreline branch to resolve amount owed. *5/28/26: Having heard nothing, called back Shoreline branch. I can report that all of the AquaQuip representatives I spoke to sounded professional and helpful on the phone, but clearly the systems in place to recommend solutions and follow through on orders and refunds appear to be hopelessly broken. I was able to order a suitable replacement heater from Cedarbrook Sauna+Steam in Woodinville. They had it in stock, I picked it up the next day, and it works great. Called the store and was told it would be two weeks to get someone to take a look. We insisted that someone take a look at it sooner and a nice woman from the store came that same day and confirmed something was indeed wrong with the tub. The earliest appointment for a technician was two weeks later and the technician came, took a look at it quickly and decided it needs a new panel and it would be another 1-2 weeks. Everyone at the store seems very casual about the fact that they sold us a 12k tub that doesn't work and there is no urgency to get it fixed. We called last Friday to talk to a manager about returning it because it seems they sold us a lemon and they have not returned my call. My husband called today to also inquire and did not receive a return call. Everyone is very nice but there is no follow through and it seems like their only concern is getting you to buy a tub and don't seem that worried about the fact that they are selling products that don't work. I hope to update this review with better news but am not holding my breath.
