Due to several major back surgery's and chronic fatigue issues we decided that it may be helpful for our health to purchase a Hot Tub or maybe a Sauna. I am very sensitive to chemicals, I have tried to go to public spa retreats but they make me very sick with the level of chemicals they have to use. So it was important to find an item that worked for my special needs. I had heard that Olympic Hot Tubs had some possible options for low chemical tubs. We ended up purchasing a wonderful Envoy® 5 Person Hot Tub and a Infra-red/steam Sauna from Olympic in Everett and could not be happier. My husband and I first stopped in for a visit and just to gather information. The sales rep Jon was very friendly and supper informative. No hard sales pitches. When we came back several months later, he was right there ready to assist again. This time he helped with making the right choice for both our items. Then the delivery & set-up process began. The delivery and set up guys where very polite, hard working, and respectful with our new purchase and respectful of the yard while delivering the units. And on top of it all, Jon was there every step of the way (either in person or calling to check in), making sure the install went smoothly, making sure we knew how to set everything up for the first time, how use our water treatments, and he made several follow up calls to insure we were confident with the whole new beginnings of spa ownership. There were a couple small issues that had popped up (some fuse went out on the infra-red panels very soon after the install) but they came right back out, and it is all fixed. Very happy with the follow up and repair service. (we were without the sauna for a short time - but hey things happen)... it's all about the customer service when they do happen. I am so happy we purchased both the Hot Tub and the Sauna. As they really do offer different types of relieve. I feel less tense and achy, I feel like I am detoxed daily, I sleep better, can move easier. It was just what we needed in our life. Last March, 2015 I bought my Sovereign Hot Tub from Olympic Hot Tub Everett, and I MUST tell everyone about the AWESOME sales rep Jon Hutter who sold it to me! I told Jon I was buying it from there because it was CLOSE to my home. Jon assured me that I would get great service, and HE WAS RIGHT! He actually gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him anytime I had a question. In the last 10 months I have worn his phone out calling him for various questions, and he is ALWAYS patient and detailed with answers for me! I can't believe how knowledgeable and kind he is every time I have called him! I often see him working overtime and have asked him WHY. He told me that he LOVES his job and his supervisors and co-workers and looks forward to coming to work every day. We asked several friends who own hot tubs where they purchased theirs and why there? Most had owned hot tubs previously of various makes and models. The surprise was that they all said "Go only to Olympic Hot Tub and no where else!". We had been looking at them for over a decade at home shows, wholesalers, retail outlets and online, and they all had a lot of good looking bells and whistles. Since the recommendations came so strongly to only go to Olympic, that's what we did and were well received by Jon Hutter at the Everett, WA store. .Jon's been in the business for a lot of years and has been a building contractor, so he new a lot about tub placement. I'll never forget the day I walked into the Olympic Hot Tub store in Everett. It changed my life! A friend had encouraged me to actually try out a tub before buying it. This store had, by far, the most operating tub for me to sit in. That experience meant everything. I ended up not liking the one I intended to buy and buying one over my budget. BEST decision I've ever made. The cost was more than worth it for the quality and nearly maintenance-free tub. It still feels like new nearly 4 years later. I can't say enough great things about Suzanne, who made it all possible. She's truly amazing. On that first day, she handed me a robe, a towel, a beverage, and treated me like a queen. I have to admit (she doesn't know this) with her warm smile, her energy, and her sincere interest in me, I didn't think her knowledge of hot tubs would go far. She immediately proved me wrong, addressing every question I had. Suzanne was at my house when they brought the tub, she followed up several times afterwards, and she's kept in touch, even years later. After some research we chose to purchase from Olympic Hot Tubs in Everett WA, working with Patty. She answered all our many questions, our calls and texts, and made sure we had every opportunity to find the right spa for us. I wanted to buy a high quality spa with a long warranty and sales support so we didn't end up with a useless tub in the back yard, or have a problem and not get calls returned. Its worth a little extra money. We had one problem due to me adding the water incorrectly and a repair person visited right away, and the service center answered calls right away. Our Hotsprings Prodigy model is a great size for the two of us and we think if another couple visits to use it with us should be roomy enough. Its very comfortable with plenty of jets and the MotoMassage is nice. The spa never needs to power on jets during the night so is always quiet for us and our neighbors. We use it every other night at least. We got the 110 volt unit as a demo and its been perfect. We run it at 103 degrees and sometimes are in there almost an hour and although it cools down a bit we don't notice it. We needed to get a dedicated 110v line run and that was not too hard or expensive. The delivery service was awesome. My wife and I purchased our Hot Springs hot tub at the Seattle store over 25 years ago. We have been using is ever since then. When they opened up their store in Everett I started going there for all my hot tub supplies. One of their employees name is John has help me on several occasions.. Every time I have stopped in the store he has been able to answer all of my questions and give me tips on how to keep our spa running like new. In all the years that we have had our spa we have replaced the cover four times and only had to have minor up keep done on the main pump. I had their repair techs do the work on our spa and have to give them five stars for the jobs they have done and the fair pricing for their work. With the way it seems products are made now a days I feel very lucky to have purchased a quality Hot Springs hot tub from them. Many of our friends own spas made from other companies and have not had the great experience we have had. Now that Winter is coming I will be back to my routine of tubing nightly before bed. I purchased my Spa a little over a year ago with a reluctant backing from my wonderful wife. Since my purchase I have used it 4-5 times a week...my wife however initially had very little interest only using maybe once a week... occasionally less often than that. As time went on she began to feel the benefits and now utilizes the Hot Tub as much or more than myself. I have only great things to say about the sales staff at Olympic...especially Jon Hutter! We are even more impressed than we thought we would be. She recommend several electricians for us to get quotes from. She answered all our questions, was very patient with us and respected our hesitancy. (Buying a hot tub is a costly matter). After shopping around at a couple other places locally, Catherine was undoubtedly our girl and the VITA spa was the one for us. Other retailers did not come close to matching Catherine's customer service level and the costs for quality seemed out of this world compared to what was available at Olympic Hot Tub in Everett. This is the first time we have owned a hot tub, and I was so impressed with Jon's level of expertise in helping us choose the best tub for our family. We own a 1991 Classic hot tub, which we LOVE, have babied, and use frequently. Over the years, of course, we have had to have a few replacement parts, but it is still going strong. We recently stopped into the Everett store to get some help with switching to a new regime for the chemicals for the water. Jon Hutter was just WONDERFUL. He has an impressive knowledge of water care/chemistry, and took us in hand, walking us through the whole process of completely clearing/cleaning the tub, then after those steps, re-setting our new 'normal' with our maintenance regime. About 6 years ago, John, helped us switch over to a non-chorine based water system. We now use the Silk Balance system, and before we left that day, he wrote step by step directions down to ensure we set it up correctly. It is an easy to take care of chemical system for your tub. Today we were there to purchase chemicals and mentioned our jet control dial broke. He said we can call the service center and they can look up the part. Next thing we knew, he called the service department for us, and after a five minute call, the part was ordered and will be delivered to our home next week. Any business can perform when things run smoothly, but when things go awry, that's when you know who the really great companies are. Suzanne, Jon, and Drew of Olympic Hot Tub really proved that you can trust Olympic and Watkins, the manufacturer, to come through no matter what. When our hot tub proved defective (I'm not naming the make, because I think it's probably a rare event), they went out of their way to make things right. They offered to replace the tub, but we had lost confidence in that model and could not afford even the special deal they offered on the higher-end Hot Spring spa. (We had a Hot Spring in the past and loved it.) We fully expected to have to pay to have the defective tub carted away, especially since we live so far from the dealership. I didn't buy my tub here but I do buy all my chemicals here. For only one reason there is a old guy named John that has forgotten more about water quality then the rest of the staff will ever know. Believe me I'm not throwing shade at the rest of the staff they are great. However if you have questions about the main ingredient in your tub 'water' John is the man to talk to. He only works part time and I usually catch him on weekends. It doesn't matter if you are on well water in Granite or city water in Everett, if its to much acidity or not enough, or whether or not you bought your tub here.
