I called & texted several times & he would get back to me with anger that he couldn't find the motors. After a couple of months he returned my call & said he found the motors. I called Park City Blind & they came up & fixed the blinds & said the blind doctor didn't need to dismantle them to fix them & it was fixable from the program.
