Ben is definitely not a doctor of my blinds. He came in & was supposed to give a "free estimate"…read morebut instead he dismantled several blnds & then said the motors were bad & he didn't put everything back he just left & said he had to look for parts. I called & texted several times & he would get back to me with anger that he couldn't find the motors. After a couple of months he returned my call & said he found the motors. I called Park City Blind & they came up & fixed the blinds & said the blind doctor didn't need to dismantle them to fix them & it was fixable from the program. Blind doctor is a joke & he gets angry because you follow up on the job.
