I'd recommend Kevin hands-down to anyone looking for shutters. Kevin is prompt, friendly, professional, and doesn't try to over-sell you at all. In fact, in one area I was looking to cover, he suggested that I do NOT go with shutters or shades, and instead do curtains. He never once tried pushing more expensive products on me, and recommended alternative windows coverings for cost-saving purposes. Kevin thoroughly explained the different types of designs and materials to me. When I wasn't sure which to pick, he asked me what my goals were regarding privacy, amount of light I'd like to come through, my preference in ease of opening/closing the coverings, etc., and then made suggestions based off of that. He doesn't skip over the details and even recommended a certain trim-style for the shutters so that it would match with my baseboard style. I've had shutters installed on six windows since October 2022, and it took less than a month from purchase to installation. Quality-wise, I've been very pleased and haven't had any issues. I dust the shutters regularly and inspect them while doing so. No cracking, paint-chipping, or mechanical abnormalities noted so far. He setup a quick appointment, went over my options, 4 to 5 weeks later the shutters were installed. Time it took install 5 windows with 2-3 over/undersized windows took less than an hour. If you have large or very small windows expect the 4 to 5 week turnaround time due to the custom measurements. If I ever have a need to replace my shutters I'm definitely calling Kevin.
