They scheduled a tech right away, and the visit was on-time, quick and super professional. They were very honest and did their best to solve my problem with the lowest cost possible. I would definitely recommend them.

That's a BIG statement but I have the experience to back it up. 1. Unlike several of their industry peers, this company quoted removal of old pool equipment and sale/installation of new equipment. I never thought that'd be exotic, but there were more that flaked out by not keeping their appointment to check out the work/provide estimates/provide complete estimates. 2. They actually did the work - to the letter of their quote - and left the work area pristine when they were done. The principal, Lissy, shared a ton of product knowledge about the motor and filter so we were able to make a solid purchasing decision to get a top brand, variable speed pump to best work with the new pool heater. The pool motor is SO quiet, we actually had to stand next to it and look for signs it was working! If you've not purchased new pool equipment in a couple of years, you will be amazed at the difference! 3. Lissy was knowledgeable about the pool heater too. She coordinated the equipment delivery with the installation and worked with our electrician to make it all happen. Together, they submitted permits for the mechanical (Pool Depot Services) and electrical (My Electrical Genie) work. It was wonderful to benefit from their collaboration - they did their work as promised so each company could keep to their work schedule and successfully complete the project without one schedule change! They each passed City inspection without a hitch! I was SO impressed by Pool Depot Services that I asked if they provide weekly pool service. They do! And I did luck out because the pool tech that now services our pool was the same person who installed the pool equipment! Can your pool tech do that? Amazing, right? The pool looks great, week after week. 4. Their customer service is exceptional! A day after the pool heater was installed, it seemed a bit loud for a 'Superquiet' unit so I asked Lissy about it. She arranged for a rep from the manufacturer to be at our house the next business day. Uh, wow!!!! It turned out that the grate on top of the unit got jostled during shipment (it came on its own pallet, in a 5'x5' box). The rep only needed to adjust the grate and tighten the fasteners for the heater to run quietly. I loved the quick service and easy fix! Do I LOVE Lissy and our tech, Roberto? You betcha! Do we continually congratulate ourselves in finding this company? Oh yes we do! Every step of the way, no matter how small our inquiry, Lissy has quickly responded. Roberto is professional, personable and very skilled. And this year, for the first time ever, we were in the pool in mid-March, and often since then. We are using the pool much more often and know that the equipment we purchased is an investment in many years of fun in the sun! We trust Pool Depot Services to continue to provide quality and complete service.

He not only conducted a comprehensive…read moreinspection of our pool's equipment, but also took the time to troubleshoot other issues with the suction valves. Andy was very professional throughout the process. In the 20 years of using different pool companies, Paramount is at the top of my list. I had a new Jandy Pool pump installed last August 2025. The water reservoir wasn't filling to the top, and our pool cleaner wasn't working--also, there were some bubbling noises inside two of the pool valves. I contacted several pool companies by phone and provided pictures to diagnose that my suction valves were old and needed to be replaced, and that my pool cleaner had a leak. I found Paramount on the Jandy website as a warranty service provider. Andy texted me right away and answered all questions promptly. He took the time to provide several troubleshooting tips via text before scheduling a service call. He alerted us prior to his arrival time and conducted a detailed inspection by removing each valve to check for leaks. He located a minor leak in one of the valves and patched it. My pool cleaner did not have a leak, as it started working after the valve was repaired. He noted that the other three valves, although old, are in good working condition and should be replaced when they start to fail. He fixed the issue with our pump and corrected the bubbling noises. My pool is in excellent working condition and running efficiently. I highly recommend Andy for any pool services, as he exceeded expectations with every service he provided. I'm happy to say that we have a pool servicing company for any future needs. GREAT JOB ANDY!

After a few months, they began skipping services, which caused my pool to turn green multiple times. When I asked about it, they convinced me the issue was my filter. I trusted them and replaced it through their company--only to later find out they weren't being honest. On top of that, my technician kept trying to sell me used products, and every time I raised concerns, the office completely ignored me. I've never been offered a refund or even an apology. At this point, it's clear this company is run by con artists, and I would strongly warn anyone against using them.

For 13 months, Mr. Fredericks repeatedly assured us that the pool renovation would be completed. However, the work was never started. We later discovered that Guardian Pool does not hold a valid license to operate or perform pool work in the City of Miami Beach or Miami-Dade County. Despite this, the company signed a contract with Normandy Shores Condominium Part II, Inc. to perform the renovation. We have requested a full refund of the deposit, but Mr. Fredericks has refused to return the full amount. Instead, he began issuing installment payments toward the down payment without authorization from the association. I question what you would call a company that knowingly signs a contract to perform work they are not licensed to do within the city or county--this appears to be clear fraudulent conduct.
