Every time, the specialist listens to my requests - most of the time, my eyebrows are threaded as requested. Sometimes, when they get too busy for the one specialist, they just do what they want and I've had to re-grow my eyebrows due to them being too short or not balanced. The current location is still being set up - or it seems that way, it's clean and sparse. The owners are nice and the specialist now is very attentive with your needs and requests. I do very much recommend this business. Threading has saved my skin from the after effects of waxing, giving me a better and cleaner alternative (threading) to using wax.
