This was my second time ordering pizza at Johnny's and it was "okay" the first time around but I would rather support local business than the chain options in popping up in town. Immediately after arriving I checked the boxes and realized that instead of my medium pizza with pineapple, ham and red onion, they delivered a gluten free, cheese only pizza. The other pizza and wings order was correct. I contacted Pizza By Johnny through their website (since I ordered the pizza online) and informed them of the error and have not yet received a response. I originally opted to try Pizza By Johnny to avoid the chain options in town and to support local business but it's really not worth the trouble or the money. I mean courtesy aside, the pizza is basically like an off-brand Delissio. Unfortunately, there aren't many other independent pizza shops in town and I will have to opt for a chain going forward as the experience, product and response have all been completely unsatisfactory. I had 3 different kinds during their Thursday special and both my father and I, who are pizza lovers, still cannot decide which one is best. I would drive an hour from Toronto to bring 3 of these pizzas home for a treat in the future. If you are nearby, please try this place. You won't regret it!

Upon picking up my order I asked the gentleman to add a dipping sauce, he says "no, that's not included" I had to ask a second time so that I could get a dipping sauce fed to my bill. When I got home to open to the pictures included. The pizza was so thin that all of the toppings fell off as soon as I tried to pick a piece up. So I called to explain my frustration and without hesitation they told me the would give me a full refund if I brought it all the way back there. I am a vegetarian but for those of you who aren't, my boyfriend mentioned the steak on Domino's pizza is better than Pizza Pizza's. When customizing the cheese serving is cinched unless you order extra. There is always way too much sauce. Ordering online is not a fun time because the order frequently gets altered than what you wish it to be. The way the toppings are cut is disproportionate; you'll find huge slices and sliver slices. The pic attached is a pizza I once received (ordered online) the cheese wasn't cooked it looked and tasted like frozen shredded cheese from the grocery but somehow the crust was like burnt. I was only given philly steak on a couple slices which I also don't recommend because it's wayyyy to salty. When I called to ask for a refund I was told it's only store credit or exchange. So my advice never pay before you get it and always check before to make sure it's good (y). With all the said I've never encountered a rude employee so they make up most of my rating.
