Chicken kabob with bulgar wheat and salad.
Brian M.

4 stars...Was visiting Easton Pennsylvania and Anatolian kitchen was recommended as a simple restaurant with good Turkish food. The restaurant is open very simple, has a take out area in the front. It's a good size space and there was no wait on a Saturday evening. The service and food was good although it did not compare to other Turkish restaurants in New York. Everyone was polite, service was good, we were not rushed, prices were fair and they did put their own spin on a few dishes. They are great for families and offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are many choices on the menu for all your meal choices. For breakfast you can have eggs, pancakes, Belgian waffles, juices, coffee, teas, potatoes and much more. They offer salads, sandwiches, wraps and you can probably have them make you whatever you want in a variety of combinations. There were three of us and we shared the falafel balls, and the pan fried liver as appetizers. They were good but not the best they had. For entrees we had the baby lamb chops, the mixed grill and the chicken Shish kebab. The mixed grill and chicken shish kebab were very good. The portions were a good size. The lamb chops were just "ok" the quality and flavor were not up to par. I had the bulgar wheat instead of rice and that was excellent. I would recommend them for a nice, relaxed meal.

Mmmm, desserts!

I adore this restaurant. Never visit the in-laws without grabbing take-away. Beautiful interior, friendly and helpful service and consistent, fabulous and flavorful options, to include vegetarian.

Lamb Shish Kabob lunch special

I absolutely love this restaurant. It is easily one of my must go to places whenever I am in Bethlehem. My family and I got our food to go this time, which was not as good as eating it fresh at the restaurant, but it still really holds up! We got the Chicken Shish Kabob and Lamb Shish Kabob lunch specials. The meat is all so soft and flavorful. I love lamb and theirs is one that I especially always love to get. Pick was super easy to do. Also parking is easy with a shared lot outside.

On our way back, we stopped by this Turkish restaurant for lunch. From the outside, it seems like a huge place. They have an amazing lunch menu and I got the gyro (lamb and beef) platter $13 which comes with rice and green salad. In the rice, they put chickpeas which is a nice cool touch. My wife got the shish kebab platter lunch special for $15. The meat on our plates are moist and soft and definitely not laid in grease. Everything tasted very clean and we cleaned our plates. For dessert, my wife purchased a few Turkish delight and many of them are GF. The customer service at this place is fabulous. Definite recommend and the place is super clean.

Ordered takeaway from here. My order was ready to pick up when I arrived. Very friendly staff that greeted me as soon as I walked in. Very helpful. Large seating area, pretty decorations! I ordered a small Mediterranean salad with chicken kebab and a lamacun. The salad was beyond fresh and the pickled cabbage was so amazing. Chicken was seasoned perfectly and very juicy. Lamacun was soft and had a ton of flavor. The lemon and small salad on the side went perfectly with it. I love this place, I will be back next time I am in town!

Quaint lovely restaurant. Came here as Mediterranean food sounded good. Ordered the hummus to start with which is served bread, was expecting pitas. Had the lamb kebabs which were so delicious. The spice was nice and complemented the lamb.

Appetizer Sampler and Turkish coffee. Kofta as well

Good food for the area. The Turkish food is not the best I've had but pretty tasty and decent prices. We found a hair in the rice, but the server was nice enough to replace the whole dish. Nice servers, straightforward and to the point. The atmosphere was like a neighborhood turkish restaurant. Not a destination spot but if you're in the mood for a middle eastern flair

Such welcoming staff. I ordered a pitcher of hot apple tea & warm eggplant salad with a side of bread. The service is so wonderful. I love the food here. It's absolutely divine!!! See you again!!

My daughter and I went to the Anatolian Kitchen for dinner. The restaurant is very attractive and comfortable. The service was relaxed and friendly. I had veggie Turkish pasta. My daughter had the falafel plate. Both entrees were delicious. I had Turkish coffee that was great and comes in the cutest cup. We had baklava for dessert that was lovely. I highly recommend this place.

Mixed grill. The chicken was super tender.

Good food. Terrible service. Waiter never asked how everything was, needed more napkins and never refilled drinks. Won't return

COME HUNGRY! I came here to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday with my husband's family…read morerecently. There were 6 of us and we split the Efsane Family Special for 4 people and added lamb chops thinking we wouldn't have enough food lol the special also came with dessert but my sister-in-law also ordered a rice pudding. The 6 of us could've easily had the family special for 4 without ordering anything else - there was so much food and we had leftovers to take home!! For context, we all eat a LOT so to say we had leftovers is saying a lot! Quantity aside, the food itself was delicious. The bread is served fresh and steaming hot, the dips are delicious and flavorful, meat is seasoned and cooked perfectly (the chicken shish and lamb adana are my favorites), and the bitter black tea and sweet baklava are a perfect way to end the meal. I left there stuffed and so happy! The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

I just moved from Montclair, which is very near the famous middle eastern food scene in Paterson,…read moreNJ. I was very worried that, after the move, I would not be able to find middle eastern food that would compare. However, I was wrong, and Esfane definitely satisfied my craving! I was in the mood for a light lunch, so I ordered the Shepard's Salad, the Baba Ghannouj, and the Lentil Soup. The Baba Ghannouj was excellent and came with lots of pita bread. It could've been a little smokier for my taste, but overall I got a huge serving and it was very creamy and flavorful. The Sheppard's salad was similarly huge and delicious. The lentil soup tasted home-made and was so comforting to dip all of my extra bread in. At the end of lunch, I was also served some complimentary tea, which definiitely was the icing on the cake to this exceptional experience. Overall, I was extremely satisfied by the quality of the food, but also by the amount. The service was similarly excellent. My water was constantly filled and the waiters checked on me numerous times to ensure everything was going well. The decorations inside were also exceptional, and the restaurant definitely gives high-class date night vibes. I could totally see coming back for a date night with my husband. I think the only downside is that I didn't find the food to be QUITE as good as some Paterson joints like Al Basha, and the price felt like it was 1.5x-2x as much. Probably worth it though, because this has got to be one of the better restaurants around in Flanders.

Within minutes the place was packed. Isot is a popular BYOB, and for good reason. Their food is delicious. The five of us started with a mixed meze platter which had a sampling of spreads: eggplant, garlic/yogurt, hummus (chickpea), spicy tomato & pepper salad, Slavic potato salad and of course pita bread. My husband, daughter and I shared the mixed plate for two, which was plenty for the three of us. We ate beef kabobs, Chicken Adana (my favorite), chicken thighs, Turkish meatballs and lamb kabobs. Served with the most flavorful salad, sautéed vegetables and rice, the mixed plate is a great option if you haven't zeroed in on something specific. No corkage fee, helpful and pleasant staff, casual unhurried vibe .... I love this place!

I must say Chef Fatih Kekec provided all his skills on presentation on the dishes we had. Although they did not have any Cig Kofte, wish to have it next time.
