It was initially nerve-racking to select child care at a business we never visited, but Shawn, the owner, was very professional and personable in our communication prior to the trip (she even offered to loan us an exerciser during our stay!), and their 1 : 2 ratio inspired a lot of confidence. Now that the trip is done, I cannot believe that I had any worries. Stephanie saw that I was looking and pondering about a few items so she came over and asked if she could help and if we knew about their knives. We said we knew a little bit but would be happy to learn more. So she gave us a history of the company and told us about a couple of the knives I was looking at. I ended up buying the bird and trout 2.0. She wrapped it up and told us about their warranty and sharpening and to call the store if we ever needed anything. New customer for life!
