I came in right when they took over and got everything squared away as a new patient and then didn't see them for 3 years and they told me anyone they haven't seen in 3 years gets removed from the system and is no longer a patient.. and I'd have to be scheduled as a new patient and they didn't have any openings for 9 -12 months for new patients. So because I'm healthy and had no issues for three years they deleted my 30 years of records from Hobert and removed me as a patient. I've heard this exact story from other Hobert patients. My parents were still with them up until recently when they told us they were no longer working with their healthcare. We called the healthcare who said that wasn't true at all and then called back to tell them they are willing to pay and if they send them the bill it will be taken care of only for them to tell us they are lying to you and rudely told us they weren't arguing about it anymore (after only 2 quick phone calls) and that they were no longer using that healthcare and we could only pay out of pocket or find a new healthcare. Each time I've talked with them on the phone I felt as if I was at the dmv. The drs seemed okay even though the one time I came in I felt like I was being rushed out the door or I was just being used as a training situation, and my father felt as if he was never listened to and almost always rushed out the door. It's a shame they took over a staple in the community only to reject that community.

Dr. Carpenter is amazing. She always listens to me and has no problem. Ordering tests when needed. I hope she's in practice for a very long time. The front of the office staff is incredible. They're always so kind and caring, and Salvador Fierro has always had my referrals ready for me and any notes that I may need for work before I leave the office. He's also been extremely timely And thorough with disability paperwork. He is a great asset to that office. I highly recommend the Von Stieff medical group.

I was told I can go to only one clinic ( this one) and only one doctor. I have never been to this clinic before and when I arrived they had all my ex's information which I found extremely disturbing. Even more disturbing they had my mug shot for my health photo which I never provided to them. This place is not even in my location it is 30 minutes away. I had an x-ray run at San Ramon hospital and was told I have a nodule on my lung and need a ct scan. I also had to do several blood tests. When I did my labwork the nurse was very good that drew my blood however they sent me someone else's lab results. There were multiple tests run by multiple doctors that I have never been to. I came for a ct scan and they canceled my appointment without me requesting it. There is also no parking at this facility. I had to park on side street and within 15 minutes they gave me a ticket. This place pretty much stinks!!!

Everything was marked clearly and there were many staff working to guide people to go to the right ways. It was quick and painless, and staff was working very efficiently. After receiving vaccines, people were seated in a semi-open tent (to promote really good air circulation I suppose to minimize the risk of virus contraction) for 15 minutes to make sure they didn't get any unwanted reactions from the vaccines, and the seats were obviously safely distanced. I felt safe completely throughout my time there. Parking was a bit tough in the wellness center parking lot, but there were some street parking if you didn't mind a little bit of walk.

But never got a call or email from them for results. Two months later I called because I hadn't heard from them. scheduled an appointment with them over the phone. The appt on the phone was for Friday I out it in my phone while on the call. I never got a confirmation call or text from them. They suddenly called today(Tuesday) and told me I missed my appointment and had no future openings. The labs show signs of my body is fighting something too. So it's not normal labs they have been ignoring. Will be making sure none of my family comes here.

I was so so anxious after reading some of the reviews here and I'm sure there have probably been some genuine bad experiences by some patients but I couldn't imagine Lea'Tasha or Kim having ANYTHING to do with those negative experiences at this hospital.
