Dr. Nuño is particularly known for working with cervical spine (neck) issues. He is super nice, caring and skilled at identifying and treating the problem. Once I presented with knee pain, he treated my knee, and I walked out of the office, without pain and have continued for over a year without knee pain. It would have taken weeks or months of X-rays and physical therapy to (maybe) achieve the results he got in 30 min. I can't say enough about their skill and effectiveness.

I've been seeing Melinda Wiggins for over 7 years now. She is everything I love about a real…read morenatural healer; She zeros in on the source of your problems intuitively and besides being a good listener, she also finds the things you didn't know you needed that are related. She's well-trained in a wide range of styles and has a far-ranging grasp of the real science behind her treatments, but she can also speak easily in layman's terms about how it works and why it helps. My typical appointments center around her pinpoint acupuncture skills (pun intended), expert massage and stretching to ready the body for the acupuncture to be painless and precise, and then comforting relaxation time while the treatment works. She then often follows up with herbal medicinal treatment. She suggests the best places for supplies to help you stay healthy and avoid those aches and pains in the future. She really knows how to usher you in as a pained, crippled wreck, and usher you out as a completely new person, heathy and happy. The hardest part is just remembering how you had been when you went in, because you feel so good afterwards. If you want someone who can truly handle your issues holistically, Melinda Wiggins is the kind of natural-born healer you are looking for. She was the first person to encourage me to meditate in a style I now use just about daily. Her focus is truly body and mind. She also gave me help on finding a stretch to reach one of the most awkward muscles to get to in the middle of my back. I now use it whenever it gets tight, and no one else has ever shown me any way to stretch that particular muscle (even when I had Kaiser and various other HMO style health care treatments). She really knows her stuff and she can find and solve the problems you may have thought you had to give up seeking help for. I cannot recommend her more highly.

I'm truly so grateful a friend of mine recommeded her to us, so I want to share this with other mamas/parents that have had similar concerns. Here is a before and after from our first Appt. Such a big difference! We also learned that our son has a lip tie and that the reason he wasn't nursing well on one side was because he couldn't turn his head properly. That's now been fixed and he nursed great on both sides last night! Dr. Cislo also manipulated the bones in my son's mouth to help with his gag reflux and explained that part of the reason people have crooked teeth is because the bones in the head are crooked, and that's why teeth often shift back without use of retainers. We received so much great information yesterday and so many answers we had been looking for, and will now be scheduling our first Appt. with a highly recommended dentist to fix his lip tie. Dr. Cislo also helped me get back on track with the vitamins and the recommended units I need to live a much healthier life, and shared that my son may be getting sick a lot because he needs more Vitamin D. I'm just so thankful for this experience, I hope someone else benefits from this as well. And, I will definitely be going back if I have another baby. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, do it and don't think twice about it! You will not be disappointed!

I can't take it anymore. As a long time patient I can honestly say that Dr. Limvarapuss is the…read moreworst. To start with, this guy refuses to use Epic or integrate with it in any way--the system that everybody else uses. This means that none of my other doctors can see anything about my history with him--no blood tests, no notes, no diagnoses and it makes it very hard on all my other providers and me. I had my primary care physician say to me that he hadn't seen a blood test for me for years and I have one every 6 months! Every time I need this data shared I have to call his office, talk to somebody in records and give them the information of the doctor to share records with and they don't often actually do it. I had to hand him my phone with the John Muir health app open so he could read notes from my cardiologist after I specifically called his office before my appointment and told them to give him the notes from the same cardiologist. Even more annoying, the in-house labs kept charging me copays then also sending me a paper bill for like $2 after the fact. I get the same tests every time, why can't you figure out what this costs and charge me all at once instead of wasting my time paying paper bills. I got fed up with that and went to a lab on the 2nd floor of the same building but because he doesn't play well with Epic I have to hand deliver paper orders--what is it 1985? Even worse, I was left for over an hour sitting in the exam room on 2 separate occasions because he was "busy". I only see this guy once every 6 months so the ratio of him being on time vs extremely late is pretty sad. The final straw was that he and his staff checked me into a virtual appointment and then I guess they forgot about me because 90 minutes later I call the office from my phone and its closed! I get the answering service to get him on the line and he acts like he had no idea why I was scheduled to see him--dude, you asked me to come to this appointment! I have never been so disrespected by a doctor.

I witnessed a nurse giving pre-op and post-op surgical instructions in the waiting room!
