She never responded to my requests for information and STAT diagnostic tests needed. I had to go to her office and get another doctor to elevate a standard biopsy order to a STAT so I didn't have to wait for 1 month for the test. Once I received the test results of a positive for cancer, she spent less than 3 minutes on the phone with me, giving no real information except that I had breast cancer. When after my initiatives and calls to get appointments at a different Sutter facility I spoke with my nurse navigator, she was SHOCKED that I didn't know what type of cancer I had (which Carmen had in front of her), and at least some sort of overview of what treatments would be. She was uncaring, unconcerned, and totally not empathetic about telling me my life had just changed forever. She did nothing. I have since moved to a wonderful primary doctor in Davis -- who listens, cares, and works with me in a timely manner to solve my health issues. If you want a doctor just for small issues, Carmen may be ok. But if that escalates into anything more serious issue, please, don't rely on this doctor. She is terrible.

Everything is so cramped together that you can hear everyone that comes in conversation . This is my first time coming here and also gonna be my last. So a rating from one out of 100. I would give them a flat zero.

So my phone appointment was taken care of for registering. I asked when can I see a doctor, they told they are booked and call back on January. Like wtf. I ended needing to go to ER by the holidays because I was wheezing and my 02 level was so bad and I am out of inhaler and no refill for other meds. Been sick since beginning of December and my lungs was just exhausted. So " so wait til January huh. The treatment I received from the ER was great but temporary. Still coughing and by January I called for an appointment and they told me that they are no longer taking new patients. Wtf! Why did you made wait on my condition. They even told me to call my insurance about it. Is that my responsibility? La Clinica could've let me know sooner. I have been coughing, spitting out phlegm and not being able to sleep well for over a month. And to be told that La Clinica isn't accepting new patients. Come on, really?! I am so exhausted of being sick that I am upset

I had a very disappointing experience at Kenny Family Chiropractic. I believe I was seen by Dr…read more Malia Kenny. While she was polite, that's unfortunately the only positive thing I can say. She was simultaneously treating three patients at the same time, which immediately made me uncomfortable. It felt like I was part of an assembly line rather than an actual patient receiving care. I kept wondering whether I should wait my turn to be focused on--or if anyone was actually focused at all. The "treatment" consisted of about 2 minutes with a laser and 7 minutes of shock therapy, followed by a very brief and surface-level conversation about why I was there. There was zero effort to get to know me, my concerns, my history, or my goals. No questions, no engagement, no real assessment. My copay was $5, and honestly, the level of care reflected exactly that. It felt cheap, rushed, and impersonal--like minimal effort for minimal cost. I left feeling unimportant, rushed, and unheard. The whole place felt like a drive-thru chiropractic service--get them in, plug them into a machine, get them out. If you're looking for personalized care, attention, or a provider who actually takes the time to focus on you, this is not the place. Do not recommend.

They are a family of chiros and every time a person walks in the room they say "hi I'm Dr. Kenny."…read moreThe problem is that I'm often on my stomach waiting to get adjusted and I don't know which Dr. Kenny it is. Four or five different people quickly slip in and out of my exam room to touch me/ provide services during each 10 minute appointment. Needless to say, it is a revolving door of strangers. I don't know if any of them have read my chart or know my body's needs. I don't know any of them well enough to know who to ask for. I learned that each provider who touches some part of my service during the appointment can charge insurance for more services. That's the only reason I can think of why they would provide such unprofessional, impersonal, and awkward service. I tried to stay with them for three or four appointments because they take my insurance. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth the potential harm to my body to continue being seen.
