She claimed that if you don't go into the automated square booking app text and confirm, they cancel. I booked a lot of services and work in the industry and have never heard this before but have had service providers call personally to confirm an appointment which is total fine and NOT what she did. I will be finding a therapist that can keep appointments booked with reasonable notice.
