Several things had happened in between months , theres a lady that comes thru and walks thru wondering if shes taking stuff from the markers, ive reported it, and we still see her, a lady who was visiting someone near us was seen going into the bush to pee or whatever she did, people bring pets like its a park, and they poop its disgusting especially if people are bringing them and not picking up after them, believe me weve told these people before and they didnt care, now going on about 6+months we dont have access to restrooms. As much as we spend to have our loved ones in ur memorial park , you can do better. This is my life now, here almost every other day if not every weekend! Loma Vista could be the perfect place for our loved ones to rest, but experiences like this undermine that sense of trust and care. Additionally, there has been a noticeable decline in routine maintenance. Although pickup days are scheduled, there have been multiple occasions when items were not collected as indicated, leaving families to address the situation themselves. If you are considering this location, I encourage you to evaluate your options carefully. During difficult times, families deserve compassion, communication, and respect--not added stress, frustration, and disappointment.
