I reached out to them via yelp for a move out clean of a small 250 sq ft studio. It was a pretty straightforward request and they were very communicative. It's a code to entry so they let me know when they got there and I got an alert when they left which was probably about 30-45 min post arrival, which I was a little weary about but I thought the best because there was more than one person cleaning, so it could be done. They texted they finished and I sent payment after they sent one bad angled picture. I went to go check the studio a couple of hours later and it was literally like they made the bed and cleaned the shower. There was dust, webs, hair, crumbs everywhere. It was PRETTY BAD. I messaged them instantly and I don't even recall them being apologetic, instead they said send some pictures and they'll send someone to clean it again. I want offered anything as a sorry and tbh, I didn't even check their work again, but I would not recommend them and won't be using them again. Anna's work for deep cleaning is amazing! She brought 2 extra people with her to clean and they took about 3 hours approximately from start to finish. My kitchen stove top was a greasy mess and she made it look brand new. Fridge was dirty and she worked her magic in there. I also had black mold on the master bedroom wall and she cleaned the mold up really nice. The bathrooms as you can see, are spotless. Her work is really great. Her price is the best I've even seen. The only thing that irks me Ava our Anna is her very poor communication. I'm not talking about her English that she cannot speak very well. I'm talking about her communication over the phone. She doesn't respond to calls or text well. It can take sometimes a minimum of 3-5 days to get a response back. She has been late at least 30-60 mins on every appointment. I wish this was not so, but nobody can be perfect. How I wish I can give her 5 stars. But she may be pushed too thin at work and needs the help. I would keep using Anna just for her quality of work and price. But only if you can get a hold of her and she shows up! read more

I booked a monthly cleaning service with Ana for my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. She was easy to communicate with and arrived on time with all supplies ready to go. We went through each room and agreed on what was to be done. She went straight to work and I even went to the gym at one point while she worked. I came home when she was done and was thrilled with how clean everything was! She cleaned the floors, countertops, all surfaces, the bathroom and even the microwave. She also provided a great value. Ana texted the day we set up a 1 on 1 meeting to discuss house cleaning And Sid she was running a 30 mins late. I was okay with that as I understand people can run a little behind. I waited over an hour and I then called her with no answer. She texted me back and asked me if she can come at 5 pm. Our appointment was at 1pm and I took 1/2 vacation so I could speak with her without interruptions. I explained that we have dinner at 5 but I would meet because I had been waiting all afternoon. She then asked if I could reschedule. I told her never mind as my business must not be that important to her. The next day she contacted me explaining she had personal issues and asked if we can reschedule and she would be on time. We ended up meeting and she was easy to talk with and first impressions were good. I felt she would be great to have based on our conversation. The first cleaning was for a deep cleaning. However, what I received was only surface cleaning and did not clean my cabinets and areas in my master bathroom. I figured she would make it up the next cleaning. The next scheduled cleaning she texted and said she had car trouble. She rescheduled. She did come on the rescheduled day and time. The following month she never showed up. I texted her several times and called her several as well. Never a response. Not even a call saying she quit. NO SHOW NO CALL. I would not hire her based on her inability to show up or respond. She was paid extra for first time cleaning and never received the deep cleaning. I should have stopped there but really liked her 1 on 1 with me. Shame on me but worst SHAME on NO SHOW ANA. Ana was amazing! She responded very quickly to my ask for a quote, gave a very reasonable rate, and was able to come over the very next day to clean. She left my apartment spotless, especially the kitchen where she left the stove, oven, microwave, and appliances looking like new (they were a mess before).
