Antiques all around, there was a trunk for a table in the area we sat at, then they opened a curtain to another room for overflow. We sat at a large table for our group that ventured over for the night. Great ambiance, I can't speak to the service because I didn't go up to the bar to order. The only time on the website/posters was "doors open at 8:30pm". Once there (around 8:30) we are told that the doors open at 10pm and the show will start at 11pm. Earlier in the night, we sat upstairs at large-table bench seating in a covered, semi-outdoor area with music. I enjoyed their Orchard Thieves apple cider, and from what I saw others got either beer, cider, or shots from the bar. Later we migrated downstairs to their club/stage area for the drag show. The Queens were absolutely fabulous and put on a wonderful show for us. It was a great night!

Compared to most Irish pubs, their beer selection was huge -- not only the standard Irish trio (Smithwicks, Carlsberg, Guinness) but also cider, microbrews and a decent number of bottles. They had a full bar as well. We didn't stay long, but I would love to return, and in fact this place is a big part of the reason we both want to stay longer in Galway on our next Irish voyage!

My sister held her birthday party here last year and the staff went above and beyond.
