WE had a BLAST Paul our instructor was great and explained step by step during the whole process and answered questions along the way, the finished product was Amazing we are planning on attending some of the other classes as they do a variety of others. FYI we used one secret ingredient that I'm not going to say but Wow, so go sign up for a class and sure you'll have just as much fun as we did this morning. They also have date night classes for couples that would be fun to do.

We made chicken piccata and when I say the experience was world class I truly mean it. There were 10 people in our class and it really gave us an intimate feel. Chef Paul and his family were so friendly and really welcomed you as a member of their family. A truly touching moment was at the end of class when we were plating our meals. The china some of us used was actually from his parents wedding!!!! We will be back for many many more classes and hope to meet you all there too!

This Scrapbook Expo is much smaller with less vendors than their show in Schaumburg, Illinois. Prices were higher than shopping online in general. Last time, I bought ink pads from a vendor and they were dried out! I don't remember who I bought them from, so I wasn't able to contact that vendor to return or exchange the defective ink pads. Admission is $10 bucks! Sometimes they offer $2 coupons or free admission if you sign up for some of their classes. Skip it!

Our organization ordered 26 shirts from them last summer. As long as we were getting ready to order, my phone calls were returned quickly. After the order was placed, it took more than a month to get the order - not bad but not stellar. The quality of the work was excellent, but one of my shirts had a spot on it. When I called to tell them about it, their return calls were considerably slower in coming. Since they are located close to where I live, I drove there and took the shirt with me. The owner, Steve, was very nice and said he would take care of getting me a replacement shirt. That was back in September. I've been calling and leaving messages but NONE of my calls have been returned. I just drove to their shop again, and sure enough - that suite is EMPTY. So now I'm out the almost $30 for my shirt (what would have been my favorite) and I have to shop around again for another business to take care of our next order. It's terribly disappointing to work with someone that comes across as being so nice to find out they can pull something like this. If there's a good reason for what's happened, I can be very understanding. BUT AT LEAST RETURN MY CALLS and let me know what's happening! What a let down!

Chef Leo was super fun and friendly, the space was clean and welcoming. The menu they have each time is different as well. We did a five course meal and was able to take home the recipes as well. Each station was properly manned and chef Leo did not assign people to it to give us all freedom to pick what we wanted to do. The equipment was great and we didn't have issues with the instructions. It's bring your own booze to drink and they have a fridge there as well that you can put your drinks in.
