It is conveniently located right when you walk in the door, next to labor and delivery, on the right hand side,so it is in a "happy location." I bought the most awesome pair of suede cowboy boots in there on clearance for $30! I mean, like cowboy boots, as in "shoes for my feet", not like a trinket or small statue of cowboy boots, ACTUAL cowboy boots. I get tons of compliments on them and I love people's expression when I tell them where I bought them..... At the hospital. And, NO! I didn't steal them off a corpse either!!/)

This store is a much more wholesale-focused store; most items are in boxes or stacked haphazardly. It's like a treasure hunt but everything is so well priced and way more affordable than buying from a high end gem store. I kept seeing Ivy & Sage on Instagram during the holidays, so I decided to check it out. It really is an experience. There was so much to see. I especially loved looking at the holiday decor. I wish I knew about it sooner so I could have taken my family who were visiting from out of town. Though I didn't purchase anything at the time, at least now I know where to go to buy locally-made gifts!

Unfortunately, this store has been under new management for the past year and has become…read moreunrecognizable. What used to be a cute, organized, and friendly place to shop has become unkept and never has the selection that it used to. The service aspect has changed so much under this new manager, it seems they do not understand what it means to run a business. The last few times I have been in here, there has only been one employee working! Today I finally asked what is going on because she was running around trying to help five different customers at once! Apparently, their manager is only scheduling one person to run the store because she doesn't want to pay anyone, and the manager can't be bothered to show up and run her own store! I feel so bad for these employees who obviously get zero help from their manager and are expected to run the store by themselves. It is really sad to see a great boutique turned into a mess because of one manager who is incredibly selfish and careless. Really unfortunate, and I will never shop here in the future ever again.
