It's a fine burger, and I'm happy they had veggie mayo for me to add to my burger.  I enjoyed it for what it is. CHILI CHEESE FRIES - $4.99 Fries are done well and the chili was good!  I liked the cheese, and loved the chopped green onion.  It was my favorite item in my order! ORGANIC MAC 'N' CHEESE - TRADITIONAL - $5.79 I enjoyed this!  Sure it may taste like store bought or frozen Mac n cheese but it was creamy and soft!  Definitely worth trying. I really appreciate the overall branding and packaging.  Makes it feel like I'm really ordering quality stuff! This was a solid experience for me. My wife likes to eat vegan when possible so we like to stop here when we are in the area. This Amy's is spacious with plenty of parking and option of using the drive thru. I ordered the enchilada with black beans and was asked if it was preference or allergy. I was a bit confused with the question and asked what she meant. She explained if I picked the beans due to preference or allergy. It ended up being preference as I have no allergies, they are accommodating to those with dietary issues. I love Amy's, such an awesome team delivering top notch customer service, and delicious food! Today- on Tuesday, January 21st, I ordered a kids meal, a cheeseburger and a cookies & crème oat milk milkshake. The cheeseburger was delicious, no complaints there. The unfortunate part came to the milkshake, it was very melted and tasted like metal- yes METAL!! I am very disappointed, never have I experienced something like this at Amy's. I wish I would've tried it at the drive through window, but I'm very aware of the time limit and did not wish to hold them back. I'm sure it was not intentional, however I'd wish Amy's was a little more thorough and careful when making their menu items, especially kiddos meals!! This was my first time eating at this chain and I have heard nothing but good things. I came here with high expectations. The location is pretty cool. Right off the freeway and across from car dealerships. I rather enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant on the inside and outside. It is bright, "bubbly", and inviting. I particularly loved how the roof is a roof made of plants/succulents. Aesthetically pleasing to say the least. Not to mention the staff is very welcoming and offered advice as it was our first time at these establishments. The bathrooms are "gender inclusive" meaning it's all one large restroom with separate single rooms for the toilet. Very cool idea if you ask me. They are also very clean. The idea of having a drive thru vegan/vegetarian/organic restaurant is really out of the box and necessary. I wish more places could incorporate a forward thinking like Amy's. The food was really tasty and had the right amount flavor. The prices were very affordable ($). You will most likely walk out under $15 for a meal for two. Amy's is a vegan fast food joint, a kind of restaurant I don't typically frequent, but one that that pleasantly surprised me! The ambiance of Amy's felt a bit more upscale than your typical fast food diner. The interior was modern, clean, and open, and there were a variety of unique sodas and on-brand condiments to complement your order like organic dijon mustard and agave syrup. The food took a little longer than expected to prepare, but was great across the board. The double hamburger reminded me of In-N-Out (in a good way), and I didn't have any problems with the vegan patty. The sweet potato fries were incredible as well, but the portion was a bit small. We also ordered three shakes, which all impressed for different reasons. The strawberry shake incorporated actual pieces of fruit, the vanilla shake had a refreshing coconut milk aftertaste, and the chocolate shake tasted deep and robust. While I can't promise I'll be back here, as vegan + American fast food is not my cuisine of choice, all my friends nonetheless agreed we had a great experience here! read more

Amy's drive thru is bigger than it seems. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. They also have heated patios that can be used during the cold weather. I love how this place is accommodating for both vegetarians and vegans. The prices definitely match the quantity of food you're getting in a good way. I tried the chili cheese fries and vegan chocolate milkshake. Both were yummy, but my milkshake was not filled to the top. It's a fast food place. The ingredients seem good and they're prob made to order, explaining the longer amount of time spent on line in the drive-thru. My vegan daughter wanted to try this place as she loves their frozen foods in our local Seattle area stores. We were in the Mill Valley area and stopped here for lunch. They have a drive thru with a lot of cars getting their orders so that appears to be a popular option. We wanted to see the inside and ate at one of their pandemic-required socially distant booths. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions including about how many Amy's Drive Thru's they have, etc. I had the chili and a lemonade and my daughter had the mac n cheese. The food was very good and wholesome. They have a beautiful outside eating area with a trellis and plants all around it for shade/privacy. It looks like a great place to enjoy a meal on a nice leisurely day. We ate inside as it was windy outside the day we went. Overall, this place is great. Fun to try and good food. read more

In my head, Amy's is kind of the vegetarian version of In&Out...just a bit nicer and less in-your-face religious. Plus, I love their emphasis on sustainability: obviously, being a restaurant that offers no-meat products, their carbon footprint is already way lower, but in addition to that they have this fantastic green roof, which - hopefully after the next winter rains - will be even more lush and prosperous! When I was there - which was a few months after opening - I saw that the owner was making the rounds among the patrons who sat on the outside terrace. That really impressed me! As for their food - I enjoyed the Amy's Burger with a side of sweet-potato fries. I liked my burger, but it was a bit on the drier side, which is why I'm taking away one star. Y'all. Our lunch here was so good . We've been wanting to visit for awhile, but haven't been up in Marin in awhile. We went for a short hike with some family and finally had an excuse to stop by and try their food. The gentleman ringing us up was so helpful and approachable. The four of us ended up getting The Amy, 3 Singles all spicy, 2 orders of chili cheese fries, a cinnamon roll, a waffle, and a non dairy milk shake. Starting off with the actual burgers... They were a 5/5. I got the gluten free bun on mine and it was delicious. The chili cheese fries were amazing (I wasn't sure what to expect, but will definitely be ordering them again). Both the cinnamon roll and waffle were a little on the dry side. (They basically taste like a healthier versions of what you may be expecting). The chocolate shake felt a little too strong on the chocolate side. I was torn between getting that one of the nitro cold brew flavor, and I'll order that one next time. However, as someone who is aggressively lactose-intolerant, knowing that I can get a dairy free shake is a huge selling point. Overall, 4.5/5. I'm not a big drive through person. Not because I don't appreciate the safety and convenience, just because most options are so gross and/or unhealthy. With that said, I trekked from Novato to Greenbrae to try this new place out. I really didn't feel like cooking! I actually had been to the one on Santa Rosa years ago so I had an approximation of what to expect. My daughter and I grabbed a sampling, sat at a water viewpoint from a parking lot up the road, and enjoyed it before heading to Cost Plus for Valentine's Day gifts. We ordered the cheeseburger with grilled onions, mac and cheese, pizza, beet salad, tomato soup, fries, smoothie, and ginger mint lemonade. It came to about $50, a lot but we ordered a lot (for a couple of meals). The only things I would get again are the lemonade, salad, and burger which were all fresh and flavorful. read more

Stopped at the drive thru while on the road. Super good vibe! Best "fast food" I've ever had! Tasted so fresh! Incredibly pleasant employees! My classic burrito with mild salsa was delicious. My toddler loved the kids meal with Mac n Cheese and fries as side - and you know how picky toddlers can be! Husband's Swiss and Mushroom burger was delicious. The ginger-mint lemonade was refreshing and fun! I probably wouldn't bother with the regular lemonade again, it was both too tangy and too sweet for my taste, but maybe adding water would make it perfect. I have had many veggie burgers in my day. As a vegetarian for 10 years ... I was so pumped to learn about this drive thru concept! THE GOOD: + Fries!!!!!!!!! Omg these fries are so good. They blow In n Out and McDonalds out of the water! Sooo yummy. I would come here for the fries alone THE BAD - this veggie burger is a big miss for me. I've give it two chances, but no matter what you switch up on it... it just doesn't work. Don't make the mistake of ordering the spicy sauce either....it legit tastes like BBQ sauce and is not spicy at all!!!! - No soda :( I get it's supposed to be healthy but no one in their right mind is going to order a burger and milk. Let's be real. THE UGLY - this is a drive thru, but they do not have the drive thru process down. Both times we've come it's been mayhem, even if there aren't that many customers. I wanted to check out Amy's since they opened recently. My boyfriend and I picked up some dinner the other night. I got the classic burrito with no cheese and light sour cream. I also got some Amy's fries and a ginger mint lemonade. My boyfriend got The Amy Burger and chili cheese fries. The fries were great and the lemonade was very gingery, but I liked it. The burrito on the other hand was all mush. All I could really taste was the tomatoes. The ingredients listed red beans, but they looked like pinto beans to me. I didn't try the chili cheese fries, but my boyfriend raved about them. He wasn't a fan of the burger though. I haven't been to their Rohnert Park location before so I wanted to check out their new location in Corte Madera. The service was good, but that was about it. The woman who took our order in the parking lot was friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to get our food. Overall, curiosity got the best of me. read more

AMYS : my daughters are vegetarian and after a four hour hike at Mt Tamalpais we drive past Amy's . They immediately recognized it from their Instagram. Luckily they just opened three weeks ago . They serve soups, burgers and burritos all vegetarian but they can make them vegan for you . I ordered the chilli cheese fries and my daughters ordered the veggie burgers and fries. At this point in the pandemic, after about five months of sheltering in place, a journey of 20 miles feels like a legit road trip. No exaggeration, this grand adventure to Amy's Drive Thru for their grand opening in Corte Madera has been the absolute highlight of my summer, no contest. Donning a mask and hopping in the car with a long lost friend from all the way across the bay, it was an ideal drive-through experience. Finally, the creamy vanilla milkshake and crispy fries I've been dreaming of, together at last! This is my ultimate comfort food, though it's infuriatingly hard to find the combo without any dairy or animal fat involved. Amy's offers a vegan option for EVERYTHING on the menu, with clear labels and sticks, so you'll never have to second-guess. I tried to balance that out with a healthyish lettuce-wrapped burger. Of course, I still went for the double patty with gooey vegan cheese in-between. Props for that broccoli mac and cheese, too. Easily one of the better options I've had, which is especially impressive for fast food! Nicely al dente noodles, properly saucy but not soupy, nice chewy baked edges. I approve of this pasta! Okay, the cinnamon roll was definitely overkill at this point, but who knows when I'll be able to dine "out" next time?! Amy's Drive Thru is finally open in Marin! It's hard to believe this is a vegetarian only restaurant (they have vegan options as well). Currently they are only taking orders through the Drive Thru. Their outdoor dining area is currently under construction so check I can't wait to see that part open. "The Amy's" Burger Packed with flavor. You can have this on a bun or the lettuce wrapped option. The secret sauce adds a nice depth to the burger. They also have regular or vegan cheese. The Burrito All made fresh and rolled by hand. Very different and much bigger than their frozen wraps in the supermarket. The Milkshakes The chocolate shakes had the right amount of sweetness. They have both dairy and non-dairy shakes. The Salads They have two sizes regular or large with a choice of dressings. The broccoli Mac & Cheese The broccoli was a little soggy but the taste is great. All made with real cheese. The fries Had the right amount of salt and very tasty. The Cinnamon rolls Mmmmm good The Colas All made with real cane sugar. From every touch point we had a great experience. Do not be intimidated by a long line, they are ready for it and deliver flawlessly. It's fine on its merits, but it's a real shame that Corte Madera lost the Denny's that once occupied this spot. For decades, it was the only spot in Corte Madera, and basically all of Marin, that was open for low-grade diner fare, coffee, and hanging out 24 hours a day. It's maybe a sad statement that the county's late-night dining options are so bare, but all the same, it was really a loss to have that place close. What I don't appreciate is them falling to the trend of asking for gratuity when paying, especially by credit card. This is counter service, and prices are high enough to pay workers fairly, why the trend for asking for tips when there is no customer facing service other than ordering? Even when the food was ready person just said "20" and dropped off the found on the pickup table, I immediately asked a follow up question about utensils but they had already turned around and headed back in kitchen.... I realize there is a button on the payment processing to skip but don't guilt people into this, its already a stretch to take a family out here probably at least $15-20/person or more if you get a fancy drink read more

We stopped here because we were looking for a vegan drive-thru. This is the place for it if you're looking to fill up. The drive-thru was a little slow when we pulled up and there was no one in front of us so I'm not sure what the hold-up was. Almost every item they can make vegan, so just ask. I got The Single with fries and a vegan vanilla shake. I decided to keep it simple to just try the basics. The Single is just a single patty versus The Amy which is double. I'm not sure if this was because I was super hungry but that burger was amazing! It really hit the spot and so did the fries. Flavorwise it was nothing too special but it was definitely filling. I kind of wish there was a different sauce other than the "special sauce" on it because the "special sauce" just tasted like a mix of ketchup, thousand island, and mayo. That's just my opinion. The vanilla shake tho! OMG I think my wig flew off and is now orbiting Saturn! The vegan shake can be made with almond or coconut milk and then they use a non-dairy soft serve to make it super creamy. Lord have mercy it was SOOOOOOO good! I have never had a shake made with coconut milk and it was perfect with the non-dairy soft serve. I'm salivating just thinking about it. A half a star removed due to the speed of the drive thru and the price is somewhat reasonable but may be steep for some...but not for Californians...lol. The burger is adorned with a very good selection of veggies and a sauce. It did seem a bit dry - needed more sauce. The burger is not a meat substitute like Impossible or Beyond Meat, which is also a good thing. We ordered fries which were hot and some of the best fries I've had in a while. I told my daughter that they were very good for being "vegetarian". (It's a joke in case you didn't know.) My daughter ordered the Classic burrito. It was smaller than what we expected but also cheaper than what we expected. She enjoyed it. My daughter also ordered a chocolate (dairy) shake.
