I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. I got an estimate from one of those fancy organizations and they wanted $1400 for the same job that DiFabio Bros Plumbers did for $350.  I had another estimate from yet another fancy and flashy plumbing outfit that quoted $400 but when I pressed them for details, they raised the quote to $800 and still said it could cost more. After these fake companies are in the house and halfway destroy your plumbing, you have no choice but to stick with the unscrupulous company. DiFabio is still an honest old school plumber that I HIGHLY recommend. Hopefully you get Jack but they all probably great. Just Google "How is a positive thought is a hundred times stronger than a negative one?" You'll see how unfair all of this is if you read an unfair review about a talented company.
