He is professional, courteous, and just and incredibly nice guy. I had called him on a Saturday morning, he told me his schedule was busy but would get out as soon as he could on Sunday. Later in the day he called and said his first couple appointments went smoothly, and he would have time to fit me in today. He could have easily just pushed us off to Sunday like he said and we would have been happy. Instead he went out of his way to come out and fix our washer so he could get us and all his other clients done before Christmas. I called Appliance Ace Repairs on New Years Day. Our dryer wasn't heating and made terrible squeals when it ran. Joe called me back first thing on Jan 2 and stopped by later that afternoon. Joe's a very nice guy, and clearly explains what he is doing, why, and reassured me that if this wasn't the solution he'd be back ASAP to make it right. Joe and Steve replaced my dryer's solenoids that day but didn't have the parts to fix the drum belt. We talked it over and agreed to a second visit early the next week. Joe called Monday night and came right over. Suffice to say both problems are solved and our dryer is running like new. I found Appliance Ace by Google. I called around 11am and Joe was at my house by 1pm! He & his partner were very friendly and helpful, they explained everything to me and their prices are GREAT!! Joe is awesome; his other technician is awesome. They came out the SAME DAY when another appliance person never came for the appointment; never even called to cancel the appointment. They inspected the refrigerator (which kept dispensing ice/water), but don't you know....when they got there, IT WORKED! Talk about embarrasing.
