He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. The entire time there, Tony kept me informed every step of the way as well as making minor corrections to my circuit panel. I really appreciated how professional and clean all three of them were . The second time, I had most of the electrical in my two bathrooms updated, new LED ceiling fans, LED lighting over the shower in one bath and the tub in another, and the bathroom switching reworked. I should have gone with my instincts and said "forget it" when they said there was a $95 charge just to come out and look. When the electrician arrived, he was very professional. He told me the 220a wire going to my dryer should be replaced, which meant fishing wires through the ceiling. They quoted $1400 to go 25'. I told them I wanted a second opinion. They called me to follow up as soon as he left and lowered it to $1100. I still insisted on a second opinion. After having another electrician come out, he said the wire did not need to be replaced. It was repairable. And done so for $300. Thomas Edison is definitely taking advantage of consumers with their "coming out" fee and their overcharging. Be cautious.
