The gas here is the cheapest around, especially for Woodinville so that's why I come here. I go in hand them my money and I'm in and out very fast and friendly service. I will continue to come here if they continue our to have the cheapest gas gas around. read more

The old guy that works nights just closes and locks the doors whenever he likes. You can see him sleeping through the window. He's been getting away with this crap for years. I thought AMPM was supposed to be open 24 hours. The owner either doesn't know or doesn't care! If you knock on the door, the guy looks at you through the window and ignores you. Quite the deal. My son dispensed a Mocha Latte from the Iced Latte machine on November 28, 2017 at this location. After drinking the coffee he opened his cup to find live bugs in the coffee and crawling on the sides inside of the cup. We drove back to the store and advised three employees of the bugs in the coffee. While in the store more coffee was dispensed so the employees could see proof the bugs came from the machine. One of the employees opened the machine and pulled out the Mocha latte carton and began inspecting the machine further. The workers apologized for the issue and stated they would clean the machine. read more

I am giving this business one star for it's lack of basic customer service skills, and fraudulent business practices. I went to fill my car sometime ago, and I went to go insert money into the machine. I entered the pump number, and inserted the bill, forgetting to hit enter before inserting bills. I would've expected the machine to reject the bill, but it simply ate it. I went inside to talk with the attendant, who stated that since no money appeared on the pump, he couldn't give me any sort of money. I was then moved aside, while he assisted other customers. I then asked to speak to the manager, who also told me he couldn't give me any sort of money back. I told them that I just wanted my ten dollars back, but they still refused. I then left the store, and I haven't returned since. So, if you believe in fair and ethical business practices, then please DON'T purchase gas from this location! Buy it from the 7-11 in town, where it's usually the same price. I will never use this station again. Ever. And I buy around $40 of gas each week, so I hope they like losing valuable customers. read more

I typically 'attempt' to buy gas at this location during the evening after the gym around 10pm when it is not very busy. Pay by cash... walk inside, pay cash for the pump number. Pretty typical. Pay by card... ??? If you attempt to use debit or credit card, it is a crap shoot. On three separate occasions I have tried to pay via card at the kiosk card machines next to the pumps and I get the message, "Pump # in use". Keep in mind, this is 10pm, and this has occurred on several occasions when I was the only person buying gas. Trying another pump is no help. It gives the same 'Pump In Use' message for every pump you enter. I attempted at another card machine and the same thing. Message to management and the corporate franchise... "If you want customers to purchase your product via a self serve. Enable the self serve machines to complete the transaction." read more

The gas here always seems cheaper than other gas places nearby, a definite plus!! I have found, though, that patrons here seem confused much of the time about paying at the pay stations so the wait to pay is a little longer than paying directly at the pump. Another bonus, the AM/PM inside usually has great deals on their fast food selection... my favorite is the bbq pork sandwich! read more

They are always closed at random times at night tonight 11pm guy is sleeping behind the counter doors are locked no sign at least 5 customers have been turned away. He tells us 5 minutes it's been over 30 & we are on empty out of gas cant go anywhere & just want to be able to go home after working a long day. Get some new night crew people. Everyone has been complaining for months & you're not doing anything about itmmmk. We can go to a different gas station & spend our money elsewhere. Get it together if you're not 24/7 then change your damn hours. Have talked to corporate they say they have taken our complaints & are fixing the problem..... It's been 3 months still no changes.....They really care about customers here you can tell. read more

Even though they usually have cheaper gas than most stations in the area they have the worst employees/customer service. The store is always filthy and smells like mold. Even though they are 24 hours the employees will take breaks and lock up the store for as long as they please. This has happened multiple times where I've had to stop by there later at night on the way home and the employee will be sitting at the counter and there will be a sign on the door that either says shift change be back in 5-10 min or using the bathroom. The first few times this happened I was naive and waited around hoping they'd open quickly but usually are closed for a minimum of 45 min. If the employees see you during this time they will just hide in back until you leave. Since this is the only 24 hour store around if your paying with cash or trying to grab something inside good luck. My friend ran out of gas and only had cash and had to wait an hour and a half for one of these breaks before he could pay and fill up and go home. This could maybe be excusable if the employee didn't see him but he was completely aware of the customer and pointed to the sign, when he would come out from the back my friend would come up to the door and employee would walk right by and ignore him even though he was knocking. I know there's two sides to every story but this employee is notorious for doing this. The owner is just as bad too! I paid for $20 in gas at the pump and got a few snacks when I went out to put the gas in it wouldn't fill so I went back in and he said that I never paid for gas just the food and was accusing me of trying to steal from him he kept trying to say I paid with a $10 and he gave me the correct change. I gave him $30 in cash. Even the customers behind me saw me pay for it and repeatedly said I gave him $30. He rang the receipt up for $10 It was such a scam. He had cameras everywhere but refused to check them. Ridiculous! Be careful I would just avoid it all together and pay the extra .10¢ a gallon at shell next door. read more

Extremely annoyed. The pumps are very old, most of them don't work well. Such a waste of time. Although I feel sorry for the service staff as they have to bear the brunt of it. The owner needs to show some responsibility to fix the pumps. read more

I am a frequent buyer of this store and disagree with the previous yelper's comments. The staff is very helpful and courteous, prompt and efficient - what more can you ask of a convenience store? When I went in asking about a similar problem with the machine not accepting my cash in the outside machine, the manager and employee both came out and helped me determine what the problem was - my cash was too crunpled up(!). I have witnessed the employee/ mgr give money to other customer's who had their money stuck in the outside machine, similar to this guy's problem. They seem to really care about the customer experience and realize it is of utmost importance to have repeat clientele. On every occasion I have purchased Gas and items, I have been treated with fast, friendly service. I even noticed many items they sell are the same or actually cheapoer then grocery and certainly other convenience stores. I have noticed the store is better stocked now, and of course their prices for Gasonline are unbeatable - sure Costco is the same, but do you want to wait 10-15 minutes in line and burn your savings up stalling? I think management and possibly ownership might have changed, whatever the case it is even better. Keep up the great work! read more

Slurpees aren't thick enough like 7-11. Gas seems to be the cheapest around. Customers are served pretty quickly. Just wish they had clean water to clean windows, water in bucket is usually black. read more

Significantly cheaper than gas stations in surrounding area, not just all brands but other Arco stations nearby. The squeegee stations are usually stocked, and the fueling area and store interior are usually pretty clean. The staff is not well-trained in the niceties of customer service, but they're friendly enough and know how to run the equipment. They are usually understaffed (probably due to the cheap prices). read more

I am ashamed of myself tonight. I lost my cool with the attendant here. I am not a hothead, but if you saw me tonight... Power's been out, so I am a grump I guess. I told this attendant guy not to be such a jerk, (except my language was a tad more colorful). I cannot believe he just asked me if I have ever pumped gas before. How insulting. This is how nice they get after assisting someone with a problem at the pump? I've been an idiot more than once in my 50 years, but I don't believe I was the dumb user that he was trying to make me out to be. And if I were, as a respectful client, do I deserve this verbal abuse from the service attendant? My girlfriend quit buying here years ago, and has always felt the service was lousy. I AM ASHAMED OF MYSELF FOR sacrificing my principles, and for far too many years, BUYING HERE for convenience and just to save a little money. I've known the whole time the profits are going to those who clearly have no service concept, AT BEST. If it weren't for people like me supporting these types of low performers, perhaps this business could have been replaced with a better one. I too thought for a while it was under new ownership, but if service improved at all, the gains have been lost since. If I ever return to this place, it will be next Friday night to try to catch this guy and offer an apology for swearing at him, even though he totally deserved it. Maybe not. If I am low on cash, I am going to try the 7-11 or Costco down the hill from now on. Besides I will feel better if I am no longer contributing to this franchise as well, since it is run by the irresponsible BP Oil spiller in the Gulf of Mexico. My Experience details if anyone cares to read them: After topping off two 5-gallon gas cans, the pump just stopped pumping in the middle of my third can, when I still had $8 remaining. The attendant brushed it off, completed the transaction, applied the remaining $8 to a new sale and sent me back to the pump. Then the previous transaction did not clear with several iterations of pump handle remove/replace, grade button press, repeat. Eye contact with the attendant awarded me with arm motions "Press the button". Tried that I thought, but went through the motions anyway. Nada. More eye contact, more arm motions, more button tries. Nada. Shaking his head he strolls out rolling his eyes and he presses the button. Nada. I say nothing. He lifts the handle, returns it and THIS TIME the transaction clears and it starts working normally. He says, "See?" Now I quibble, "I did what you said, I pressed the button". "Is this the first time you ever pump gas?" he asks. Nice. OK, its not the end of the world, just very very poor service. I've decided to expect more and vote with my dollars elsewhere. read more

I only started using Arco a few years back after they stopped charging a 35 cent transaction fee to use your debit card. I found out today that they have begun charging an extra 10 cents PER GALLON if you use your credit or DEBIT card. So basically you only get the cheap price if you pay cash. This is a blurb from their Wikipedia entry..."ARCO is known for its low-priced gasoline compared to other national brands, mainly due to an early 1980s decision to emphasize cost cutting (cash/debit-only policy) and alternative sources of income (ampm)". They should switch to being a cash only establishment if they can't cover the cost of doing business in the digital age. read more

This place is so awful! The horrible attendant came out and yelled at me after I bought $42 worth of gas because I dared to put two small bags of garbage in his filthy garbage can. Then he memorized my license plate- since when is it illegal to use a garbage can? I immediately posted my experience to Facebook on my phone and then went in to the store and showed him my phone and said "Just posted to Facebook!" I will NEVER go back to that rude store!! read more

This station is decent. I fuel up here on a regular basis, and have noticed that this station has the best prices in town, but that's really all it's got going for it. The property is slightly run down and has sort of an eerie feel to it. The location isn't very convenient, so I would only recommend pumping gas here if you are a budget conscious individual. read more

I had to stop here to get gas. This place had been here since I was a kid and used to be the place to stop for the one stop shop. It had changed owners a couple times I assume. This time was different though. I first noticed that several pumps out of service. Then all the options to pay outside were not working stating to see cashier. I was topping off a vehicle I was borrowing while visiting so I had no idea how much gas I would be needing. Ugh! I go inside I tell the cashier the pump number and explain that I have no idea how much I will be needing. In every other place I have ever gotten gas, using CREDIT will solve this problem. So I try, I see that it is a chip reader and I have a chip, but it say NO CHIP. So I slide it. The man behind the counter tells me, smugly ,sale declined! I asked how is that, he says I don't know you tell me? I try it again, he says it again. WHAT? There is no way! So I do DEBIT but I have no amount to choose, he tells me not to worry about it that he will handle that. I assume that he means that he will be able to see how much the pump used and debit that from my account. Go figure taking money directly from my account was approved... I should have seen what was coming! I no sooner get done pumping the had and get into my car and chase bank text me that I have fraud on my card and that my card was debited 75 in gas. I had used exactly 20. I called my bank advised them of this and they only allowed 20 to be debited from my account for what I actually purchased. BEWARE PEOPLE THIS IS A SCAM and thankfully I have the protection otherwise I would not have known. Stay away from this place if you can, or only use cash. I an only wonder how many people a day this happens to unknowingly! read more

Arcos are the WORST gas stations ever! The stations are outright terrible. 9 out of 10 times I visit something goes wrong. Examples include leaking pumps, payment machines eating credit cards, pumps malfunctioning halfway through, and payment machines rarely working properly. Sure the gas is cheap, but the facilities are too. These are the worst run gas stations I have ever used. I am dissatisfied every time I visit, and finally - I REFUSE to go back. They should put some money into the facilities. I will gladly pay an extra $2 in total to go across the street where they take care of their facilities. read more

This place is the fucking worst. Went in there tonight to buy gas, super glue and possibly a bag of chips. I walked up to the door at 10:42 and the worker was putting up a sign saying they will be closing 15 min early now to count change etc. (businesses do that after you close from you closing hours) he moves from the door and I walk in looking for superglue, I could not find it so I asked him where it was, he pointed me in the right direction and I grabbed it. I then walked over to the chips to possibly grab a snack when he then proceeded to tell me to hurry up because he was going to close in the rudest way possible. After asking him what time they closed he told me he was closed now. we then got in a verbal argument about their closing time. Which is posted at 11. At this point I tell him it is only 10:43 and I do not need to be rushed out of the store. I paid for my things and he was calling me a troublemaker the whole time. We continue to argue some more when then he said you can leave now walked around the counter to lock the doors and I said I want my receipt and he bitched to me some more. I got my receipt and left he told me fuck you on the way out, I told him fuck you and we exchange those two words about five times I will never come here again. The worker tonight's name is Sing.
