This place is a joke. I went through the drive through car wash in October of 2025 in my brand new (2 week old) Tesla. I was hoping to go through the touchless side, however it was closed so I went through the touch side. In the middle of the wash I heard a super loud banging sound (like a hammer being hit) all along the side of my brand new car and now have $4000 worth of damage to my car. Upon exiting, another vehicle went through with the exact same problem. I immediately went in to the employee working at the front desk who shooed me away and told me to come back during a weekday when management was available. Of course I returned on Monday and the employee took pictures of the damage and sent it to his manager. We were told to get a quote and bring in the quote to the store. When we brought in the $4000 quote to them, we were told it "might take a while to hear from insurance". It is now the middle of March and I haven't heard a peep. I've been brushed off. It's obvious that they are hoping the situation would be forgotten. I am so disappointed in this company and the customer service. read more

Loved the customer service from the man working the counter around 2:40. Helped me by turning on the air which seems simple enough but apparently for all the other surrounding gas stations it isn't. I appreciate your positivity, genuine interactions are hard to come by nowadays. read more

Been coming here for over 25 years and just had the most rude person at the front counter. Bought a soda for $.97. Took it to the counter and laid a $5 bill on the counter. The cashier kept asking me if I had a dollar change. He was hard to understand due to accent, but it was in combination of not understanding why he was asking me for change. He was very upset and then I asked him if he was going to be able to break the $5. He started talking in his foreign language change to me. He never answered my question and kept talking under his breath until I got to the door and then talked louder. Whoever owns this business just lost a long time customer due to the rudeness of their employee. read more

Have been coming here on average of 1-2 times per week for the touchless car wash. Today, my vehicle still had soap on it when the machine said it was done. I immediately pulled over to the front and went in and told the clerk what happened and asked if I could run it through again on rinse only. His response was 'let me get some windex and paper towels' and wipe it down?? I'm sorry, this is a new truck ( 1 year old) and there's no way I'm doing that. There was a bit of a language barrier and it was very frustrating. I was very excited to find a touchless carwash in my neighborhood, but will probably not come back. Now I have to go find a self serve car wash to rewash my truck. Not worth it. read more

Four stars because, yes, I'm a fan. I don't recall actually going into the mini-mart but imagine it's like any other mini-mart, anywhere. Their are plenty of gas station pumps and their prices are good. (I have a general rule against using places that tack on an additional fee for services and believe that this Arco, like others, charges 35-cents in addition to their fuel cost.) Just charge a price like anyone else; it's just a way to lower the fee by a few cents to get people 'in the door,' so to speak. That aside (and since I get my fuel elsewhere), I've frequented their car washes a few times. The right one has brushes and the left is brushless, so pick your poison. My go-to is the right, which does a good job of cleaning off all the California off my car. You're not getting a professional detail job but at $6, you're not paying for one. The prices, I believe, are $6 $8 and $9, and offer increasing levels of cleaning. I know I'll be back and maybe next time I'll stop inside! Thanks. read more

Went through this car wash for the first time in awhile, I used to go all the time when it was 5 bucks and got a pretty decent wash, rinse and dry. now its 9 bucks and they cut back on the rinse and dry cycles. It was supposed to do a touch less wash and it did not. As the brushes were coming down on my nice paint job I yelled Noooo! terrible job after I went through there was still soap on the car and did not dry the whole back end of the car. I complained enough and called Karm the so called owner of this business. He only offered another wash for free. Said he gets hundreds of washes a day and doesn't get complaints. I expected him to review the wash, rinse and dry schedules but Karm obviously doesn't care at all. I went home and washed the car myself. Terrible customer service Karm, whats wrong with you? Here often, service is hit or miss. Have 2 of my car's signed up for the car wash, went in today around 4 to get the 3rd one signed to up and employee had no idea and said to come back. If there are certain sign up hours that should be posted. Speaking of being posted, on the door is a sign that masks are a requirement to enter due to Covid, yet the only one wearing a mask was me, and there were TONS of customers inside. This ARCO AM PM is a great place to stop on my way through. The gas is always much cheaper here than in the Reno area. Two days ago it actually was 40 cents less per gallon. They do charge you 35 cents to use your debit card or credit card at the pumps, but that more than pays for itself with the first gallon you buy. I've always received great customer service when here, too. To sum it up... it's simply a good place to get gasoline at a cheaper price (at least cheaper than in Washoe County... with all the extra taxes). read more

The folks inside are always nice and welcoming, and treat you like family. Living the dream! The only bad experience I had there was after my 3rd 64 oz Icee in about 3 hours. I went to this gas station before I left town. Put in my card to pay for gas and the machine seemed to take it. Then filled up $20 & stopped. Thinking, "that's odd" & not knowing otherwise I assumed that someone had mistakenly taken off and left $20 on the pump. So I went to finish filling up when the attendent who was in his mid to late 30's about average height (about 5'9), medium to heavy set, scruffy, heavily tattooed, 220-240lbs, cane running out at me screaming at me that I stole gas. When I tried to explain he refused to listen and told me I was stealing gas, owed the man money, and they were calling the cops. No matter how much I tried to explain, even pointing out that he should double check the video coverage to see, he refused & just kept screaming at me and calling me a criminal. Whatever you do NEVER buy gas at this station again. The people treat their customers like they are ants to be run over. I've never been treated so badly ever. This is no way to treat anyone! read more

This is the worst car wash I have ever been too I checked my truck when I got home from the car wash and it was filthy still. I did not have time to go back the same day so I followed up today to let them know that the truck was still dirty and that I would like to go through the car wash again to see if it would get cleaner the second time. Well the assistant manager informed me that they can't honor the car wash because it wasn't on the same day as the initial wash. So because I had plans and couldn't come back the same day to let them know that their car wash didn't in-fact wash my truck I am now out the $9 dollars I paid for the initial wash and my truck is still dirty. I would not recommend anyone to go to this car wash or this gas station period. I have been a long time customer to this location and I will not return to do any business there. read more

The service here is really great. They help you find what you are looking for and are very friendly. The gas is always at cheaper prices and they are always so competitive. The car ash is awesome and cleans the cars so well, along with a light show in the actual carwash. I give this place a 5/5. read more

I actually prefer to go to this Arco versus the one on fairway. The guy that works in the evenings with the accent is really friendly and funny. He's really good about greeting all customers, serving them and doing his job the right way. Much more pleasant than other gas stations :) read more

How about being threatened with arrest when you ask why the gas you paid for was not being dispensed at the pump you requested? Then having the attendant lie to the police saying I cut in front of people for no reason. Since when is expecting someone to do their job a threat? As a disatisfied customer I should not have been made to wait any longer than it takes to fulfill my request. On top of which, I was given no reason for the origional delay to boot. I attempted to speak to the manager, but met with a bunch of not-determinal BS! The Officer responding did nothing to mitigate the situation, in fact she attempted to escalate the situation by first doubting my information, and thus my voracity, and then continuing on to treat me as if I was doing something wrong. read more

I have been going to this gas station sin 2005 and I have never ever had a bad incident with these individuals. They are kind and when I fill up and wanted my tire with air they give me coins to get air for my tires. They are professionals and when I hear someone said they have a bad experience I'm surprised. These new pumps drive me crazy. So as I am filing up my tank, why do I have to bombarded by commercials and loud elevator music? It's disgusting that we have to be subjected to this sort of forced advertising when I am spending my money at the pump. Enough already! Generally the Safeway gas station across the street has better prices and I'm not being force fed advertisements. You're already making money from me visiting your gas station, but i suppose you need to make more money on me just standing there which is sickening. read more

Definitely one of the best Arco AM PMs around. I have a fleet gas card with AM PM and I tend to return to this one often. All of the cashiers are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs thanks guys and gals. read more
